There was no pass rush generated, hence D looked pretty ordinary. Bills defense was on the field for 40+ minutes....Our offense sucks. The only issue I had with the D was that they were giving up 3rd 9s consistently.

The Time of Possession was something like 40min to 20 minutes...When the defense is on the field for 40 minutes against a marauding offense, they are going to get killed. Offense showed no creativity to play the short-range game.

How much CJ has fallen down that chart in NO: C.J. Spiller a surprise inactive for the Saints today. Don't think it's injury-related since he wasn't on injury report all week. Sean Payton has spoken highly of Spiller this summer, and he looked good late in the preseason. But perhaps they still feel more comfortable with Travaris Cadet as their change-of-pace back.

Green Bay over Patriots for Rodgers second SB Win. The NFC Central is a fairly easy division and the packers can easily get home field advantage. And they get the soft AFC South and the overrated NFC East. This will be their year. I don't trust Carson Palmer with the Cardinals. The AFC competition is pretty poor except for the Steelers and Chiefs. The Patriots will be able to take care of the Chiefs in the AFC Championship game.

Another thing that is a coincidence this year is that the Regular Season (full-set of games) is starting on 9/11. What is the one big thing that worries you when the Bills steps on to the grass field in M&T Stadium. For me, it is the pass rush (or lack thereof). We have one Pass Rusher in Hughes who has had one phenomenal season and no one worth talking about on the other side. We don't have another 10-sack Interior lineman in Dareus. I don't know where Rex is going to generate the pressure. If he is going to his DBs to create the pressure, I see a long day for the Bills defense.

This was the biggest problem for Losman and Edwards too. They were just scared to pull the trigger on those short routes in anticipation of the player being there...That is what Aikman, Marino, Manning and BRady did or do day-in/day-out.

They should. It shows the depth on this team. If your starters are out for extended period of time, you are leaning on these players to make contributions in a CONSISTENT way. I believe that is the difference between good and bad teams.
