  1. Being a woman is about the worst thing a person can be. Bad decision making on their part. Shoulda got a Y chromosome if you didn't want to do dishes!
  2. Overtated players don't last long in this league. Look at Eddie Lacy or Karlos Williams who french fried their way out of the NFL.
  3. Hamlin didn't hit Pickett in the head and he didn't lead with his helmet. Its still a 50/50 situation with whether or not you get a flag in today's NFL. Mahomes or Allen probably draws a flag. Wilson Pickett is not there yet.
  4. Any analysis of our run game that doesn't mention Oline play is fatally flawed. We don't run the ball because we can't run block for the 3rd consecutive year. Saffold is a disaster, Morse has the athleticism to pull but lacks power for push on inside runs, Brown has been shaky, and last year it took 14 weeks to figure out a viable solution at RG. I don't notice Bates a lot so maybe he's decent. Every expert analysis says we don't have the athletes for a zone running scheme but thats what we keep forcing. Last year's run game improved after we abandoned zone run but apparently gap scheme limits the passing looks and telegraphs running plays. Our running backs have nowhere to run and get hit in the backfield nonstop and this forum only wants to talk about speed at the RB position.
  5. I don't think Baker is the sharpest crayon in the shed but a petard? I think you've gone a bit far and I'm not totally comfortable with you using that term.
  6. He got picked on yesterday but nice INT.
  7. You serious, Clark?
  8. I know that, just kidding around. Its incredible to see guys just out cold on the field coming back into the game a few plays later given the focus on concussions now. Collins took a brutal shot in that one.
  9. Its amazing Todd Collins was cleared to go back in that game by the concussion protocols.
  10. He doesn't look like a guy who was beat and then tried to recover which is why I ask? Even after he loses sight of Duvernay he is still watching Lamar. Was Poyer supposed to hand off coverage to Dane Jackson who instead went to Andrews? Taron also went to Andrews then saw Dane and moved to cover the flat which is why I think Jackson might have taken the wrong man.
  11. I readily admit that I know very little about coverages but did Poyer let his man sit wide open in the endzone and then have to make a heroic effort to redeem himself? Everyone else besides the linebackers has a man.
  12. RG3 remains delusional. Congrats on being the second best QB of the 2012 draft class...that was selected by the Redskins.
  13. This crew wont STF about Peyton Manning. Well let me tell you, I'm so fuggin tired of hearing about Peyton Manning. If that guy truly cared about being a champion he would have married a woman who made 3x more than him and accepted below market contracts in exchange for shady backdoor deals with the team owner. #WhatEverItTakes
  14. Smart punt by the Broncos TE. Great form too.
  15. Are they booing or cheering for Beasley?
  16. Field goals and turnovers are ruining what could've been the greatest field position battle since Verdun. #PuntersDuel #WWI
  17. Holding a guy out who was unable to move on the field sounds like what should be standard operating procedure rather than extra caution because of Dolphins negligence.
  18. The NFL makes no sense week to week particularly so in the first half of the season. Its November and December when we really find out who teams are. My predictions on the season: 1. Green Bay will get it sorted on offense and look like a favorite in December priming them for another playoff collapse 2. Tampa will get going on offense but will still lack explosiveness behind a patchwork OL. 3. Philly might not get tested until January with their cupcake schedule. 4. Minnesota will remain epically mediocre but make the playoffs this time 5. San Fran is the same as they were last year but playing in a weaker conference. They're a threat 6. The Rams are taking a big step back and I don't think they're returning to form late in the season. Any given week they can win but don't bet on it. 7. I dont care about Dallas. 8. Atlanta is a fun story but their time is running out. 1. Buffalo will abandon the zone run scheme again late in the year and suddenly gel on offense. We will play KC again in January for the right to go to the Super Bowl 2. KC will have some ups and downs and lose some divisional games they should have won. When it matters most, they will play their A game. They are the best team in the NFL today. 3. Dolphins will still be in the conversation for the division late in the year setting them up for a crushing defeat in Buffalo and wild card round loss. 4. The AFC South race will go down to the wire but none of these teams are contenders. 5. Its still anyone's race for 2nd place in the AFC West. Denver will not be this offensively inept all year without Hackett losing his job mid season. You cannot count on Chargers or Raiders week to week. 6. The Bengals are getting it together but Burrow takes far too many sacks and much of it is his fault. Welcome to two high safeties, the vanilla scheme that grounded Allen and Mahomes last year. Unless he can be patient and take whats there, the Bungles may miss the playoffs. 7. Baltimore is who they always are. A tough out but not built to win a super bowl with a weaker defense and unreliable passing game. 8. The Browns are surviving the Brissett stretch and are the true wildcard once Watson is back. Its been a long time since he played an NFL game. Early season losses plus convict related rust will be too much for Cleveland and they will miss out on the postseason.
  19. The Lions are also the worst defense in the league. Historically bad.
  20. I still think Keenum is slightly better.
  21. Politely lowers your hand and saves you from what could have been an embarrassing moment. That was a close one.
  22. It was a great punch and he held on to win the game.
  23. He reportedly "didn't want to wind up sad and alone like Brady."
  24. I hope this comment lowered your credit score.
  25. This Oline gets zero push. Its as plain as day. Has been for 2 straight years. Saffold has been very poor. Morse is not the most powerful guy but does well when pulling and is good in pass pro. Not so sure how the right side of the line is performing. Brown has sucked in pass pro.
