I thought grinder, hoagie, and sub were all interchangeable. Regional terms for a sandwich on a long roll.

Every eligible pass catcher should expect the ball when playing with Josh. I don't blame McKenzie anymore after reading the explanation. Would have been great if he got his head around a fraction of a second sooner.
-
His body language looks like a guy who regrets he came back this year. He and Brady likely wishing they had hung up their cleats this offseason.
-
A gadget play? It was a pitch. If McKenzie didn't forget he had arms and try to catch it with his face like a golden retriever it probably goes for a TD.

Ravens and Lamar do not reach contract agreement

A lemur is NOT a monkey!!! Lemurs are primates but not all primates are monkeys. Lemurs have wet noses unlike the common dry faced monkey. I have no idea what this has to do with the Ravens QB situation but the lemur misinformation spreading on this board is out of control! -
Looks like their hoagies are served hot while subs are cold.

Nice win against a team that added a lot of talent. The Good -Dylan Cozens with Peterka looks like instant chemistry. Best line for us and possibly best line on the ice last night. They dominated game play. Cozens is picking up where he left off after what was by all accounts a great performance at Worlds. I forget hes only 21 years old. -Peterka is a gamer. Quinn was the big prospect but I think the Sabres really nailed it with the second round pick. Peterka was very close to recording his second career goal and I believe he set up Girgensons for a point blank chance but of course Zemgus can't finish. -Anderson is playing like a fresh 39 year old and saved the game blanking Ottawa on 4 or 5 breakaways. Great debut for him. -I thought Buffalo got the better of 5 on 5 game play on balance with extended stretches of sustained pressure to open the game, early second and much of the 3rd. -Olafsson's goal song is highly amusing -Winning despite sloppy play. The Bad: -The power play. Holy @#$@% was that bad. Between giving up breakaways and odd man rushes to Skinner turning the puck over left and right, to trying to skate through the whole team on offensive zone entry, to forcing passes through the middle, it was putrid. The PP last year was killer so I think they will get it going. -Its game 1 but there were some mistakes that dont cut it in pee wee hockey on the blue line that led to prime scoring chances. Power got victimized much of the night with bad pinches and turnovers. Dahlin had a total WTF moment that resulted in a breakaway which was sad to see. Power was particularly shaky out there and looked like a rookie. Somehow power lost a footrace to a puck 5 feet away from him and a winger from 20 feet out got a point blank chance. -Mitts Tuch and Quinn were mostly non existent out there which looks to have come at the expense of the Tage Skinner Tuch combination which was so good last year. I wonder how long that combination will last. Mitts Quinn and Olafsson isn't exactly inspiring. Mitts just isn't fast enough for a guy who plays that small.

The Cozens Peterka Krebs line was dominant. Peterka flashed all night. He could have easily had another goal and a helper if Girgensons could finish.

John & Mary's is usually toward the top of the list when this topic comes up.

Are you talking 100 goals on the year or do you think the road arenas will agree to play Tage's song? Either way, I'm into it.

Ugh. Not looking forward to hearing Fishing in the Dark 30 times this year.

Yes, but worth every penny if your balls are migratory with the seasons.

The ball crossing the plane is rarely the issue. The question of when was the runner's knee, or elbow, or butt down and was he touched while that occurred is a major part of the equation. When the field becomes a giant touch screen or something out of Tron we will have the perfect solution.

Bills PR - 40 Questions with Roger Saffold and Maddie Glab
Jauronimo replied to Big Turk's topic in The Stadium Wall
First question for Saffold: -
KC has a bad habit of playing to level of their opponent. Its why they play close games against questionable teams. We will get their A game no doubt. A win this week would be great for the seedings but its not a big deal either way. Much like last year, the regular season game doesn't mean much. These teams are destined to meet again in January for the next 5 years.

Guess he has a type.... -
Which is strange because Aikman isn't getting "canceled". You had so many opportunities to stop yourself and yet you still clicked submit. What in the holy hell are you even talking about?

Why are we playing in KC two years in a row?

So what you're saying is... the schedule makers are out to screw us.
