as soon as you mentioned FB I though back to the beginning of the season With Gilliam motioning out of TE to FB or backfield , and it worked. i vote we start using extra blockers and learn how to run inside. We seems to have a handle on the passing game......:) absolutely !

I care about the running game As the season goes on the teams get tougher defending . So much tape by end of season into playoffs. Teams will coach us out of passing. A Playoff team has to be able to turn on the run game when needed. my opinion. So we better start practicing it lol and then defining and refining it. O line needs to tighten up the formations and bring their will in the run game. Screens and honest check downs to those H backs Ethan. might open the D up.

I wonder. Every team scouts each player match up week to week. especially when the line changes. EVERY team is looking for any weakness to exploit. Morse and Jon F are very different type players. Defenses need to account for that as individuals and the play calling that might favor a finesse cerebral Morse and the Fine Brute that is Feliciano. Another good post here. at least develop the confidence in the run game. I realize Daboll is all about week to week match ups but Bills have yet to lean on the run game, perhaps because they it is less developed than the Pass has become. Blocking is everything

I think the Josh Norman experiment , and bringing in veterans to help lead the rookies is less important to McBeanes than it once was perhaps. The depth is decent and the Youth show promise generally speaking. Dane is one of those examples. Marlowe Zimmer Boettger and G Davis etc. These guys get it . and yes Sir its sure would be nice to get the O line some consistency to start games. Especially going down the stretch. teams certainly now respect Allen and Daboll's pass game. Let get that run game up and "running " sorry could't help myself I am going to say it again here Gregg.
