i did. now i recall. the horror. and the Dimarco contract hardly preclude the Bills from picking up one of these young men. Nice work Beanes !

Bills have done a fine job of seriously working on developing Joshes game Last year and a big swing with Diggs. Bills are all in the kid. and so am I. Continuity is good and always upgrading talent really good. adding a #1 WR is cherry topping. Everyone will look better this year IMO. Coaching and play calling as well. Dimarco gets another year and is not a slouch mentally or physically . Good to keep him at and agreed restructure. You can do better of course ans you can likely could do for other positions. Quinton Spain comes to mind. But they both fit this Offense moving forward. Go Bills

Perhaps. Just should have moved his feet, reset and chucked it to Brown. or out of reach. Decision making is not predicated on who was lined up. imho. Who was more likely to Make a play on the ball. Pat the fat kid? lol O r John Brown who can accelerate to the ball and then turn upfield. that's my only point Gunner

as long as he puts the ball away? i am fine with the fat kids.

Allen. He needs to make better life choices than throwing to Patrick in double coverage . period. : D

I feel the same. Some of those plays should have been left on the practice field. doesn't Dimarco do some good work on Teams as well ? do not understand the seemingly personal dislike of the guy. Be mad at Daboll if you have to be angry. That all being said. They should always look to upgrade that position as you have kindly mentioned : )

So they are just work out buddies ? Or Beane is doing Periman a solid ? lol no way he would want to play here unless we are trading Beasley or something amirite? -

agreed. Getting the pass game going and steady will make a huge difference as compared to last year. Teams really were forcing Bills to prove it via the pass many games. Second year together for these guys will be huge. Its not just the starters coming back, it's the depth as well. I put a lot of credence to continuity for this position group. and i expect both things will improve the Bills Offense overall, and significantly. Go Bills I struggle with it as well. But Beanes going to give him another chance to keep the position in offseason. That whole high draft , gotta make it work thing going on.One more year RT it appears. Sure hope he improves his feet in pass pro

so did whaley i read somewhere.

Thanks Folks need to step back on Dawson Knox. and you make salient points as to why. I fully believe in him progressing nicely. and i also feel he and Josh are going to get on the same page this year. But heck , i like Sweeney : ) Ebron is shot. Mark my word

Bills trade for Diggs - jw no discussions on a restructure

it really should be this simple. and i am sure Mr Beane had that talk with Stephon before the contract. That Diggs accepted gladly. Or so it appears -
Why Was Frank Gore So Ineffective Down The Stretch?
3rdand12 replied to Phil The Thrill's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I felt he had a an ankle or foot issue. What burst he had disappeared. He was getting into the push by the line at the right moment. Play calling was weak for him as well. Never looked him out to the flat or over the middle did they? Or gave him room with the play call. at one point it felt like Bills were just running a play to set something up, or catch a defense napping. something was amiss. cuz he was making plays first half of season it seemed -
Bills Sign Mario Addison on a 3 year deal
3rdand12 replied to BillsMafi$'s topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
methink McD and Frazier prefer the flexibility with D Line rotational players. Be good at as many things as possible, as compared to dominating one technique .Being able to play run and pass. If we were down to 3 pennies to divide? I would say the third penny goes to Butler as he has more down to down play flexibility -

I would agree on both points. They like Jefferson to move around. i feel as well I. hope to see Addison and Hughes, etc swapping sides of attack please. -

Beasley almost always looks stoned to me. The Traditional look : D -
Lets envision he will find his groove here in Buffalo. Not like it doesn't happen under McBeanes. No wonder J Phillips and S Lawson walked away rather amicably . They were able to elevate their game and go get paid. and some like Spain, stayed. Bills have a fine program and it is showing in the players improvement while here. I could mention Poyer and Hyde as very good examples. No reason Butler will not grade up next year. Better system all around. same vibe here. Bills and Star are certainly aware he will be phased out , respectfully. They paid him well enough for him to be grateful : ) and am sure he is. But everyone knows this is likely his last, and Bills want to upgrade and infuse talent and youth both. I wanted DJ Reader quite strongly to be that guy. I think Butler gives them something different than Star can. He is taller right ? ..

lets keep an eye on the hits he takes moving forward. He seems quite shifty and smart even as he is being tackled. I would prefer a bruiser to wear down LBs and create fear in safeties coming downhill. Balance the carries as much as they can. But we we need solid pass blocking and can squeak out for the dump off option from our #2 more than game breaking speed imho
