Sorry, but they suck. Give me another game in the red helmets!

Greatest Quarterback never to start a Super Bowl #17

That'll never happen (Schwartz) as long as McDermott's "bend but break" then "collapse" defensive scheme is here. -
i was going to say the same thing. he was great during the regular season, and to be fair to Diggs, they (Josh Allen) really made each other better at times. Until the playoffs. he was invisible. I'd rather have the reverse.

It's funny how long it's been since I'd thought of old Art. I do miss those days of home grown news media. We really had it good. RIP old friend.

Great news for slightly above average running backs who can't block everywhere. 😛 -
What’s the moment you want most in old Highmark?

I'd much prefer a complementary 51-3 beating. I was at all the playoff games from that year, thanks to winning two tickets from 97 rock. -
Rest in peace, is it half of TBD or the 2025 Buffalo Bills?

I can see your point, lacking offensive weapons contributing to a lack of success, especially if the team gets one dimensional, but I'll still have to stand on the eyeball facts of what I saw on display the last couple of years and now this first game. No doubt the game has changed a bit in recent years, but it will require a better product on defense to get past teams like cincy, Baltimore, and any other team that will no doubt have a strong offense. I also think it's more the scheme they draft for that makes this defense a sieve. We can simply look at those dreaded 13 seconds as a microcosm of the last 3-4 seasons of Josh's career here. When they needed a stop the most, it simply didn't happen. but hey, I might be unrealistic in today's version of the game, it's just how I see it. -
He still had a little juice left in his game that year, it's a shame the team just couldn't do much with that opportunity, like they did with James Lofton.

I'm listening... I can agree to disagree, respectfully. Keep in mind, the outcome of the game in total wasn't what I was concerned about, it was the defense lo0oking every bit the same recycled garbage from last year. -

Great take lol. Go look at last year's preseason games, and the defensive turd the team fielded all season and tell me what's different? lol Kinda was a predictor of what actually happened all year. lol I do love the zealotry against logic and the deductive process. -
All of them. If you need to add a reason, which are all legit, then there's really no point picking just one.

I do enjoy a good "let's mock the realists" thread.... Both teams played base defenses and offenses. The Bills defense looks every bit as ***** as they ever have looked, including the Bledsoe era. I'm sorry, but you should see more out of that unit, and there was no change. Piss poor play from the secondary and the ever invisible, yet highly praised Ed Oliver. Seriously, everyone on the "it's just one preseason game" side of the coin seem to not see that what was displayed looked just like the same garbage as last season, saying the same ridiculous excuses as last year at this time. Flame away.
