  1. Hauschka hasn't hit anything outside 50 this season? If that's the case and you cannot trust him outside 50 then why is he here? I don't think he has been the same since that injury a while back. Also if you know you cannot trust him outside 50 and he's already missed a close one then once again why aren't you going for it on 4th?? dumb decision making by McD.
  2. Coaching cost us this game. Hauschka's earlier kick cost us as well. That last one was garbage but if the coaches knew something (like Hauschka got a knock or something , or he doesn't have the range) then why in the FK did they get him to kick it from 53yds out??
  3. Nice momentum gift back to the Browns. FFS!!
  4. I am very happy to eat my last words!!! Great defense on the goalline!!
  5. This Defense is looking embarrassing right now.
  6. OMG Cmon Josh that was crap!
  7. There's nothing remotely innovative about Daboll's offense. Its boring and vanilla and yes it keeps things simple for Josh but it doesn't challenge him either. I find it so sad that the zenith of an innovative offense in Buffalo ended in the mid 90s.
  8. Apparently my old man expression of "Im sick" as in "I'm sick and tired" of something or someone is no longer in common usage. No the games in London don't make me physically ill. I just think they are an unnecessary lame gimmick by the NFL.
  9. So you have to go to one to appreciate how "special" they are? I'm sure they are awesome for the fans in attendance but as NFL games go these games are a joke. The quality is often mediocre. You have 2 teams far from home, possibly still jet lagged in a stadium not really suited for football. To have a team in London permanently and travelling across the Atlantic (and then across the States) would be sheer idiocy.
  10. So sick of these games in London. The games in Toronto were an embarrassment for the Bills. Just stay in the USA please and save the international games for the soon to be instinct exhibition season.
  11. Yeah I was paying attention, vs the Pats Jackson was 17/23 for 163 and 1 TD, NO INTs with 16 rushes for 61 yards with 2 TDS and he WON, Allen was 13/28 for 153 and 3 INTs with 5 rushes for 26 yards and 1 TD and he LOST. How many passing yards per game he got vs what Allen got vs the Pats are irrelevant. The key thing for me is that Jackson rose to the challenge and defeated the Champions in a high pressure statement game. Unfortunately Josh hasn't done that yet. I hope Josh can learn from his mistakes and progress like Jackson seems to have done this year.
  12. Nice to see the Patriots lose but Jackson looks way better than Josh out there. After seeing that horrible playoff game last season with Jackson I was quite convinced we had made the right choice with Josh but tonight was really impressive. Jackson ran great and had some really nice passes. Ravens came up clutch and a great gameplan by Harbaugh got it done.
  13. There were too one was a jump ball to Brown that hung up way too much and the other was an overthrow to Knox? not sure who on the second.
  14. Why was Duke Inactive? injured?
  15. I am stoked that they are 6-2 and the playoffs are within reach but the poor run defense and the lack of takeaways vs these bad teams are very concerning. Offense wise Singletary looked the best he has been in a Bills uniform and Allen has reduced the bad throws leading to INTs but yet another fumble and 2 more misses on deep throws again just keep you guessing on this guy. They should have really thumped the Redskins , they are a bad team.
  16. How did that game finish so early? I don't remember one being over before 3:45!!
  17. We have been complaining about this since the days of Flutie. We won ugly a lot back then with a somewhat anemic offense and people still complained because we weren't lighting it up like Kelly did. I couldn't care less about 300 yds. passing if we win.
  18. I get the fans liking the novelty of a snow game now and then but last Sunday's game was a perfect example of weather just ruining a good matchup. Sundays miserable weather threw a massive variable into our offensive game plan and wrecked our kicking game as well. I'm all for a retractable dome downtown where we would have optimum conditions for players and fans.
  19. I thought about this yesterday as well. Schwartz did a great job vs the strengths of our offense. I also remember the deep affection Schwartz D unit had for him, especially carrying him on their shoulders after defeating the Lions. I would have gladly taken him as HC or retained him as DC under a head coach like Reich. Instead we got the Rex disaster which was a complete waste of time for the franchise.
  20. Great Post, I completely agree. The Bills have a bad habit of turning me into a little kid when they lose. Yesterday was a great opportunity to show the rest of the NFL we have arrived but yet again this team laid an egg in an important statement game. They proved all the doubters and haters correct. I just hope that the team are embarrassed for being comprehensively outworked and outscored for 60 minutes and come out with something to prove in the next game.
  21. Yes Wildly inaccurate. He was 0-3 on that drive and went downhill from there. throwing 10? straight incompletions.
  22. Id love to have rosy view of Allen after today like the OP but I just cant see any improvement. Great that he's not making bad decisions and getting INTs but what is he doing that's positive? His running is still decent and he is very elusive but the deep ball touch is abysmal. Again today he had another receiver open and this time underthrew him WITH the wind! He has arm strength but doesn't have it combined with the ability to put a ball in a window. And this something we need because sometimes our receivers don't get a lot of separation. I'm still waiting for that big breakout game which hasn't happened yet. I just don't want to go through yet another high draft QB who just disappoints like Losman or EJ.
