  1. Im all for any of these other backs getting a chance. I dont think either Singletary or Moss has really progressed anywhere near where we thought they should be by this point. And thats still taking into account the terrible O line. Another thing that both our current backs are missing is the pounding effect they should be inflicting on the defense. Its so weird that Moss and Singletary are over 200lb but they are often easily stopped by the D. Time and again they are actually bounced backwards and lose yards. The problem for the Bills is that Brieda is taller but lighter than Singletary and Moss. Antonio Williams is one back that is taller and heavier than anyone else. You would think he might be the solution to break tackles and pound the defense?
  2. That is one of the most embarrassing ref decisions I've ever seen. Dont see any taunting at all. The only thing I can think of is that the player said something rude to the opposing team or the official but that would be unsportsmanlike conduct. just ridiculous. I said this after the Bills game. As soon as the officials became full time years ago they have increasingly seen themselves as just as important as the players and feel the need to constantly affect the game.
  3. Kudos to you and the others for the great support in house. The Bills really let you guys down with that horrific performance!
  4. This is Daboll's greatest weakness. He sticks too long with a game plan that isnt working and then tries an emergency adlib a little too late. I know that McD trusts him with the game plan but at some point He has to intervene EARLIER and have an emergency plan. Yesterday despite how terrible they were , they had at least 3 chances on offense to pull it out of the fire but they didnt do anything different and experienced the same pathetic results!
  5. CBS has never been more appropriately named if you watch their football broadcasts. The non stop Josh vs Josh and the abysmal lack of replays on game changing plays or penalty calls was excruciating to watch. I found myself having to rewind the DVR to see a replay because they were slow to show one. In addition, the broadcasters kept missing the Jags right tackle moving early over and over again. He did it relly obviously about 6-7 times and no mention. Just pathetic Sports Tv.
  6. The incompetent Officials issue has been going on for at least 20 years now. Instead of getting better when they made the officials full time, it actually seems to have made them much worse. Now the officials feel the need to justify their FULL time jobs by inserting themselves in the game and calling everything they see or appear to see whether it affects the play or not. In addition, it seems like there some decent officials out there but they are lost in the sea of inept people scattered throughout. If the NFL was serious about this they would up the training and standards for these officials because things have obviously sunk to a new low. That crew yesterday acted as if they were still drunk from an all night party the previous evening. Lazy, confused and stupid. Instead of backing off after they had already negatively affected the flow of the game, they doubled down and made it worse. The key to all this is that the Bills have to rise above it and not let it bother them. The true sign of a championship caliber team is if they can continue to succeed after the gut punch of an officials bad call!
  7. The scary part for me is that even without Henry, the Titans seem to be a better team than us. They have a great D and unlike us, their Oline gives their QB time to throw. The Ravens are more iffy and prone to embarrassing play sometimes just like we are. But the Ravens have better coaching overall. I still think that the Bills if they peak at the right time and play their absolute best can overcome all their issues and win it all. Teams way worse than us have won a SB. If we can just get the timing right. Wishful thinking I know.
  8. The one thing I cant understand about Daboll is why he doesnt recognize the obvious reality of having a terrible offensive line and no running attack by using a different focus during the days preceding a game or adjusting with different playcalls in game. This never seems to happen. Daboll had to know that Dawson Knox being out has really hurt the game plan the past couple of games and that his replacements are just not up to it. Its the same thing with Beane not even trying to fix this on the trade deadline by bringing in somebody else in, either a lineman or a RB. What is with the paralysis in the decision making? If there was nobody out there to bring in then fine, thats the Bills bad luck, but at least tweak the game plan to play to the strengths of your Oline and running game and not to their weaknesses. Running those plays with that line today was just dumb. Especially when it became apparent pretty early on that the Jags were having an easy time pressuring Josh and stopping the run.
  9. Ive also been wondering where the sweeps have gone. Also Why do we never do reverses? Is that a little too "80s" for Daboll?
  10. I would say that there have been more embarrassing losses in terms of getting absolutely pumped (but to better opponents like Philly or New Orleans) in the McD era but definitely in terms of a loss to a totally garbage team who basically humiliated your offense, this one is the worst by far! Good call on that one! Losing to the Pittsburgh 3rd stringers when the playoffs were on the line was totally humiliating as a Bills fan.
  11. One of the worst things about being a long time Bills fan is that this team finds new and more excruciating and embarrassing ways to lose. Today was another new low. losing to a Dbag Urban Meyer and a rookie QB? The Jags literally did the most simplistic job on defense and Daboll didnt adjust. Pathetic effort and home field for the playoffs looks gone.
  12. I feel bad for all the Bills fans in attendance. There is a sea of blue out there and the Bills have treated them to this sh*t sandwich
  13. Absolutely pathetic. Get Josh out of there
  14. Maybe the worst game of Allen's career but now he has a chance at redemption
  15. They didnt f it up. Jags player was offside
  16. The Jags player was CLEARLY OFFSIDE there. Not even close!!
  17. Twice on the last drive the Jags right guard moved early and there was no call. This officiating is hitting the trifecta of ticky tack, confused and incompetent.
  18. This is what no running game =. Just lockdown the receivers and overwhelm the pathetic oline and the Bills become ordinary.
  19. The Bills look like they are playing the Pats during the drought!
  20. Roughing the passer!! another epically stupid play by the Bills
