Dan Carpenter is #1 for FG %! and Rian Lindell is #2, Hauschka is third for that. That is the most important stat of all in my opinion. It makes Dick Jauron's incredibly idiotic comment about Rian Lindell from the 2006 do or die game vs the Titans even more awesome. Thats where Jauron wouldnt allow Lindell to kick a 45 yard FG into the wind to try and win the game. Jauron's rationale? He said something like " I looked into his (Lindells) eyes and I could see he didnt have it". The Bills didnt try it and lost the game and were eliminated from playoff contention.

How does he rank in terms of Bills kickers over the past 30 years? Probably one of the best? the best?

That game was an awful spectacle for both teams and the league. The fact that so many Ravens tested positive for Covid and were out is testimony to that organizations complete failure of taking Covid seriously. But the real eye opener is how bad the Steelers were against this B team players. I havent watched enough of the Steelers this year to judge if they are full value for their record but last night they looked like a fraud. Final thought was how bittersweet it was to see RG3 again. Poor guy got run into the ground then run out of football by Shanahan and Washington. Nice to see that he is still on an NFL roster but what a sad shadow of himself he looked like last night.

RJ was the same here. Pederson much like Wade and Gregg Williams is probably mystified why none of the physical tools or potential of the QB is panning out into elite level performances. There are flashes of it here and there but a whole lot of garbage in between. Just like RJ, Pederson will have to cut Wentz loose very soon or he will go down with that sinking ship.

I have never broken anything but the Bills have given me several moments of crumbling on to my hands and knees in despair in the past 40 years of fandom.

Lynn had a serious case of the stink eyes most of the game. He was getting more and more irate, yet he was the cause of his own misfortune!

Just like when they look at replay calls. NYC could make the call. Maybe not going to overturn some of the grey area borderline calls but definitely going to give at least a chance to reverse some of the bogus phantom calls like Moss's today for example. No other sport has more invented official calls than the NFL. No problem with the Josh call it was warranted but the Moss call was inexplicable.

What good will a challenge do?

Perhaps like outfielders in baseball somebody should call it? Having multiple players on the D coming together to cancel each other out is ridiculous.

The officials will never improve in this league unless the league punishes them for bad calls. Officials like that imbecile who called moss for tossing the ball backwards today should be dropped for a week or fined. In addition, coaches should have 1 challenge a game allowed just for penalties.

Wow the Bills will win this but one of the ugliest wins in years.
