  1. Rex is exactly what Buffalo needed in a head coach. A true football fan.
  2. Belichick, already certain of a Pats W, takes whole team to Dave and Busters Saturday night.
  3. You know we gotta win now that Jimmy Spags is rooting for ya.
  4. Re-watch the game and watch the D-line. You'll see that he is constantly blowing up his assignment. He played very well.
  5. If we can find a way to win this week, I may have true optimism for years. Of course, there's always the case that they will fade down the stretch in a very Bills-eque way. This team, however, has a different vibe. GO BILLS!
  6. http://www.patsfans.com/new-england-patriots/messageboard/threads/on-to-buffalo.1123530/ What their fans are saying. I'm actually surprised how afraid they are of this game. Nothing like what was on the colts boards last week. The fans do seem to know what they're talking about.
  7. Walked up at 12:20. Couldn't of taken longer than 15 minutes to stand in line and get to my seat.
  8. Turned off the game at the beginning of the 4th quarter. Just really didn't care anymore. I'll get into when the Bills are playing, but when it comes to the rest of the league, I could really care less.
  9. That's probably the first Bills player/personnel to be in a nationally televised commercial in 20 years.
  10. There's gotta be a billboard on the 90 or 219 that we can lease to say "Welcome Cheaters" when the Pats* come to town.
  11. I know what the OP means. I used to follow the NFL all time. I still pay close attention to what the Bills do, but the rest of the NFL, I could care less. Games, stats, players' personal lives, coaches' personal lives are reported on, then "analyzed" then analyzed again. After that, the analysis of the sports media is picked up by the mainstream media and the whole process starts over again. Hockey is so refreshing in this respect. A sport where every thing that happens, happens on the ice.
  12. Grew up in the Albany area. Didn't really hate the Giants growing up but their fans made it hard not to. Jets-hate the team, but the fans are all right. Usually they at least know what they're talking about.
  13. Nineteen-dickety-two? That brings me back to the time the meteors came and we thought the sky was one fire. Naturally, we blamed the Irish. We hanged more than a few...
  14. Got a friend who's a Bills fan whose last name is Kelley. FWIW.
  15. Nah. Also said there were 5 bills that were on the Bills squad in 2014 so it can't be Harvin. Sammy?
  16. If it was "make the playoffs" then Bills by a wide margin. But it is tougher to win an NFL playoff game than an NHL playoff game, so I gotta go with the Sabres. Regarding Sammy and Eichel, I think Sammy gets hurt by not having a QB to give him the ball so I gotta go with Eichel. Great thread, by the way.
  17. Bills D-line in at #2. http://www.nfl.com/photoessays/0ap3000000494302/nfls-scariest-position-groups-ranking-the-top-10
  18. I loved the panic level in the article. Straight up lazy reporting. Seems like you can get so much more from the local media than national.
