  1. I love me some Pumpking from Souther Tier Brewing Co around Halloween time.
  2. I want no roof, but I think a new stadium will have a roof, which will allow multiple events in the stadium and more revenue for the stadium owner(s). IMO, retractable roofs, while good in theory, rarely seems to be retracted. Is it actually worth the extra money? I'd lean toward no, it is not worth it.
  3. Probably 6-10 or 7-9. A lot is riding on Allen, and more than on Oliver, IMO. Wouldn't be good for McD.
  4. $5 million is a drop in the bucket for the Federal Government and NASA. The mission control room, and the Apollo program, made significant contributions to our space program and nation. I don't have a problem with the refurbishment of this old stuff; it is a museum. I would like to see the space program reborn with new and bigger missions, not muslim outreach.
  5. Belichick and the Patriots using underhanded tactics to acquire players they missed during the draft? Say it isn't so...
  6. His linked article is on patreon.com. Anyone can be a creator and post there, so not sure what makes this guy special. Doubt Foster will be the odd man out even if the Bills only keep five WRs.
  7. Not really surprised the no snow day idea is being floated. With technology it is easily possible; most people could telecommute all the time if the company policy would let them. Besides, you get out earlier for summer break.
  8. Did they retire his number or is his name on the wall of fame? No? He's not a legend. Just a role player.
  9. In the cases you laid out, there probably will be talk among the owners and F.O. staff. I think these cases are highly unlikely which is why I framed my first sentence the way I did.
  10. Yes, it is a difficult situation, which is why the guy should have thought about it and left the family part alone. I'm sure Andy Reid is still haunted by the death of his son, as well as both sons spending time in jail. Does Andy have regrets about the way he raised his sons? None of us know, only Andy knows. Agree that his best and worse qualities (as well as self care) spill over to the team he coaches. Andy Reid seems like a nice guy, but does appear to neglect his family (at least in the past) and certainly neglects himself given by his large size which has serious health consequences.
  11. I doubt these conversations will happen this year in all probability. Next year I think this gets discussed, either way.
  12. Right. I wonder what she thinks of that whole rub-n-tug deal. Kraft probably doesn't care, though ,after his long time wife died and him still being rich. I'm sure he knows these young, hot women are just gold diggers.
  13. How about female midget wrestlers?
  14. Is that Kraft's girlfriend or grand daughter?
  15. If the guy wants to criticize Andy Reid, or any other coach, from a coaching football perspective, fine and fair game. Just leave the family part out of it, no need for that part. Had he left the part out about family management/discipline, I think there would be a number of folks who would agree with the assessment. I could not agree with you more. The comments were a cheap shot.
  16. I think we're all pulling for Edmunds. Just very young coming into the NFL (which looked to be too fast for him initially) and needs to add a few pounds of muscle to fill out his frame. If he doesn't work out at MLB, he should be a great OLB since he seemed to excel at covering slot WRs and TEs.
  17. McD does have an eye for DBs; good point since that was our strongest unit last year. I just hope he was right about Edmunds at MLB. It could set the defense back a bit if that was the wrong call.
  18. I honestly don't know what type of player Mahomes would have been for the Bills and neither do you for certain, but I am confident that he wouldn't have been what he was in KC last year with the OL and WR corps Buffalo had in 2018. Look, Mahomes is and will be a special player, not going to argue otherwise. Don't forget that Mahomes sat all 2017 behind Alex Smith while being developed by Andy Reid, which is a big leg up compared to what Josh Allen had. A little early for HOF predictions with this new group of QBs. You seem miffed that the Bills passed on Mahomes in 2017 draft; ok, fine...but water under the bridge. Move on. If Josh Allen aligns with Big Ben and John Elway, I'm more than ok with that. Good for Mahomes if he compares to Marino/Favre/Rodgers or anyone else. No doubt it will be interesting watching Mahomes, Allen, and Darnold and comparing their style to past (or nearly past) QBs. I'm excited to see what Josh Allen does this year with a rebuilt OL and a better WR corps.
  19. He wouldn't have won offensive player of the year award, nor would he have won MVP, nor would he have thrown for 50 TD passes. And what is your take on what Mahomes would have been in Buffalo?
  20. I said not the same player if in Buffalo as in KC. Coaching, offensive philosophy, and player personnel make a huge difference. Josh Allen would be a different player in, say Baltimore, than he was in Buffalo. Just the reality of the situation.
