Another friend of mine who is a Giants fan and pulling for the Bills put it really well via text:
“Bills fans: Finally a playoff win for first time in 20+ years!
Also Bills fans: our running game chews”
Wife and I had a nice hug at the end of that game. She’s as nuts a Bills fan as I am. We had met right around the time of the last playoff win, as freshmen in college.
I just want to say, big ups to the Colts for coming out strong today and being a real challenge. If we had to lose to anybody this postseason, Frank Reich’s Colts would’ve been the least detestable.
Go Bills!!!
I as well. Even during the regular season I’m usually way too strung out for the game day threads. (But I reserve the right to reverse that policy dependent on circumstances, mood, BAC, etc...)
See you all on the flippity-flop!
I wore my Bruce jersey for this first time this season last week and the Matt Barkley-led offense promptly beat the Fish by 30.
Going with the same today.
Assuming the ticket procedures are the same going forward (STH only, no forwarding/reselling) I don’t see how Stiller fans could invade.
Edit: I feel I do need to say, one game at a time. I really, really don’t want a first round exit again.
I just have to say I’m bummed for my Giants fan buddies. In a just world, relegation would be a thing and the Eagles would be playing in the arena league next year.
You sure about that? It’s not like it was his choice to get cut by HOU. He’s already got postseason experience. Coming in as a hired gun to help a team get over the top? I’d say that’s pretty well earned, even if he hasn’t had the time to become an integral part of the culture/locker room.
Thanks for the intel guys, good luck and go Bills.
I have to say, even though I’m likely SOL, I have zero problems with how the Bills handled this in terms of STH seniority and especially not allowing resales.
