Maybe but it has always left a bad taste with me i was so pissed when he wouldn't come to the Bills after they drafted him & all the bad things he said but he made up for it . Like they say winning changes everything but it took me a while !!

If any one can give Sammy's career a boost it's Rogers but it's going to take a heck of a lot to replace Adams that's for sure but if Sammy can stay healthy he could definitely help the cause .

The man has set the bar very high & by example shown other how to go about building a team . There had to be some luck involved along the line i think or is Beane really that good ? I know as we all do for years every QB that came here some of which had a good arm & different skills similar to Josh but went to the way side for what ever reason i think a lot can be attributed to every one at the top working together with the same mind set from the Pegs on down . Ralph got it right a couple of times but then there were those times he had to get in the middle of things like when Wade was the coach some owners are just that way & if the Pegs were that way we may still be in a funk but thank god they are not . Them having faith and allowing those that they hired to do their job & recognizing prior to Beanes hire those that couldn't is great for the Bills & their future .

Yes we are blessed but one big thing people seem to forget is back in the day Buffalo was a big deal it was a city that had a lot of ties to the steel industry & much more presidents use to visit Buffalo because of it's influence in elections . There use to be a ton of automotive factories and being where there were 2 lakes they could transport a lot of goods that way so i think that was a big reason why Ralph chose Buffalo at the time he was choosing which city he would bring this team to . Today given the NYS economy the tax structure & the amount of business that has left i don't think Buffalo would be a consideration for a major NFL franchise but yes we are all blessed to have the Bills & even more blessed now that Ralph sold them to the Pegula's . So we all can look forward to many more years of Buffalo sports & with the hopes that Josh can finally bring a Lombardi to Buffalo !! GO BILLS !!!!

I think McD will always look to this he has had a history with that he feels a trust with to get the skinny on players that are coming out in any draft so there could be a connection but i think this year another thing that will be put into the equation is future contracts . The biggest one to me is what Edmunds will want as far as money & i don't think that Beane will agree with the amount so i feel they will draft a LB in this years draft to take his place because although he is a good player i don't think what he does on the field will match with how much he wants to get paid for the Bills . Then if you factor in the type of LB's that are in this draft the Bills could very easily get one that is better than Edmunds too which one of those LB's coaches have a tie to McD that may be one to look at 1 has a tie to Josh the kid from Wyoming he may be 1 to look at does McD have any relations with that coach seeing as they got Josh from there 🤔

With the addition this season of Safold plus getting Bates back then add the coaching of Kromer I think we will see a big difference in the O line this season but in some respects i have to disagree about any back they might draft not being better than Motor . Singletary is the best of the backs that we have now & needs to get more carries to be productive kind of like the older backs he needs to get into the flow of the game or a rhythm . I'm not sure about the new guy i never saw him play but i feel there are a couple of backs this year that could be better simply due to their size especially in short yardage situations which is IMHO a need . Despite the great things Beane has done for this team he has a fetish for RB's that are 5' 9" tall & 190 lbs, Moss was a huge miss especially with the backs that were in that draft if he would have went with someone different like a AJ Dillon we would have been set . i think Motor & a bigger back with a bit of speed & good hands would have been all they need & a better compliment or change of pace in the back field . As far as NO's please no more RB's at 5' 9" & 190 lbs !!

That i couldn't tell you i was just repeating what i heard him say on the interview . But through all the reply's i have learned a bit about this subject which i did not know anything about as some of you probably noticed .

First leave enough aside to sign the rookies they draft then go forward from there . I for one would like to see them bring back Hughes because of what he has given to the team so he could be part of a Super Bowl if that happens . I think he still has some in the tank & would contribute like he did when Super Mario was here . Given that they now have Miller Jerry may be able to get to the QB more because the opposition will be concentrating on Miller more so which could work in Jerry's favor . I know they have a lot of youth at DE but they could put one on the PS if they want to keep them & i think Jerry had more pressures than Epenesa did last year & it may motivate him to be put on the practice squad for a bit then given that he could learn from those 2 vets might be for the better . If he would be willing to come back for a home town discount i would love to see him finish his career as a Bill & quite possibly with a Super bowl ring .

Is there any way we as fans of the Bills could start a petition to be sent to the Pegula's & the Bills or to Brandon Beane him self ? I bet Beane doesn't even know about Byrds contributions to the team & if he did i bet he would be the one leading the charge to get his name on the WOF . Well if you think about it any deal where the tax payer has to pay for a new stadium for a company that makes Billions of dollars a year really isn't a good deal for the tax payer . I was listening to the news on the radio here in Nashville the other day & the Titans want a new stadium too one that has a dome so they can be in contention to bring a Super Bowl here so the news folks went out & asked locals how they felt about it . One of the people they asked was a restaurant owner & in so many words he said - When i as a business owner wanted to open my restaurant i had to pay for the cost of opening my business i didn't go to the county or state to ask for the tax payers to help pay for me to open my business & i only make 10's of thousands possibly . Yet here is a NFL team that the owners are billionaires & the NFL that is a multi billion dollar company that sign their players to multi million dollar contracts of which that money is mostly generated by middle class people that support the team with their middle class pay . Then these muti billion dollar businesses go to the state & county gov't and have them increase taxes to middle class people that already support the team with tickets & march purchases to pay for a new Billion+ dollar stadium and once the stadium debt is paid for have you ever heard of the tax rate decreasing because of that stadium debt being paid off ? 🤔 I haven't & the county & state still charges that extra in taxes . So that restaurant/business owner made a great argument of why he was against the city of Nashville getting a new stadium with a tax increase & if they did that it should be paid for by the NFL & the team . Or seeing as the city does reap some financial reward from the stadium that amount of the loan should be more of a 60% paid by the NFL & the team 40% paid by the city which would make more sense than the opposite . After that interview hereing that business mans opinion i was like DUH that makes total sense ! If those multi billion dollar companies can go have the gov't pay for a stadium why can't the common man go have to them also to pay for people to open a restaurant or corner store or what ever ... Definitely food for thought !! But that being said the NFL has the city, state & county gov't by the balls if they want to keep the team in said city .

That's because i use my head for something other than a hat rack & i interject common sense in my thought process when looking at the things that are actually happening to be for the good or bad of the country in which i live & make judgements on the performance of the person & not just because of a biased hate for someone . If this president were to do anything that helped the country i would be happy to acknowledge that but i haven't seen 1 thing that he hasn't followed a agenda on . Well it sounds as if they are going to move forward with this getting rid of title 42 despite the fact that it will cause even more chaos (along with national debt) at the border but just think of all the votes the libs will get from this . They will probably save some money though because they won't be testing any of them coming in for covid so that's a bright spot .
