Ego and vision/discipline are not the same things. He wants to suceed and "the process" is his discipline to get there. It feels like the Patriot way to me and if BB is all ego driven, I can live with McD having a similar big ego if the wins follow.

Tough to argue against that. It's a perfect storm. TT just cannot make those around him better and those around him are not that good. Fair point, but if your QB stands in quicksand waiting for a receiver to have to be open by a yard before he throws you'd have to all-pros at each receiving spot to make a completion. In this case, it is about the QB. He simply cannot lead a receiver with any regularity.
