  1. Miller's gone. He's young and more talented than the old hacks McBean brought in.
  2. Nope. The mcbean dumb dumb team has proven themselves to be moronic hacks, cutting good young players to keep old has beens. It's one thing to revamp / rebuild, but burning down everything the last regime did without pause is dumb. It's over. They are not only tanking this season, they will be tanking forever with these losers at the helm.
  3. There is no logical justification for this move. This is starting to feel like the movie major league where the owner and GM are trying to tank to leave town.
  4. That's it. Beanie and co are morons. This is where I get off. Reilly looked awesome. How is Yates on this roster and Reilly isn't?
  5. Yeah, seeing how bad Tyrod looks tonight this looks like a season to try out future QBs. With that in mind the only thing dumber than keeping Yates around, was trading away Cardale to do it.
  6. QB controversy has begun....as in who is stuck starting each week.
  7. It's almost like Tyrod is missing a trusted go-to WR out there.
  8. This may be one of my favorite things to laugh at. When fans of good teams have an obvious need their management failed to fill and they start playing the super favorable what if game. Because they are spoiled by success they talk themselves into thinking things will work out. "Oh we will likely fall short because we again failed to get a star RB to balance the offense? Oh I'm sure we'll get one of the best in the league for almost nothing. Cause our team is brilliant and team x is stupid." Sorry Packers fans, your grossly unbalanced offense will once again mean you'll be at home in February watching the SB, just like the lowly Bills. Well, that and your awful D.
  9. OR wait for Jax to cut him next week or so and bring him in cheap, then cut him after you realize he's Bortles.
  10. Borrowing from Gordon Gekko: If the Bills owned a funeral palor, no one would die.
  11. This may be the worst move I've ever seen the Bills make...and that's saying something. I don't know how to read this except that the Bills have decided to give up already and begin a complete rebuild. It's hard to imagine them not getting far more for Sammy had they simply traded him earlier in the offseason when rosters weren't yet final, or getting there. This is just a new low from a team that I didn't think could sink any lower. Nice they also did this after most people made their call on season tickets. If that doesn't tell you where the organizations priories are I do t know what will.
  12. Though it should be noted that part of the discrepancy here can be explained by the stadium. Add a new tax payer purchased stadium to the mix and I wouldn't be surprised in Buffalo didn't shoot past Cleveland net worth wise.
  13. "This is as happy as I'll ever be in Jacksonville"
  14. 10-12 sacks. He's a hustle guy from all I've read. Never stopped chasing things down in college. With Hughes unleashed in a straight up 4-3 and Kyle and Marcel requiring shifts, I see a lot of opportunity for mop up sacks.
  15. I miss Rex...even repping my home town Nats with the Harper away jersey.
  16. If he beats the Pats, McDominant.....if he loses 10 games McDoormat.
  17. Beyond insane. If he plays just 6 games a year he's still a steal at his rookie deal. Look at what Woods and Goodwin got this year.
  18. From the outside as a fan I'd have said if Alexander is with $4M plus per year than why big pay Brown $6M per. But the fact that the Bills only have to commit to 2 years with Alexander while Brown wants 4-5 could be an issue. Also there could always be a chance McDermmot just doesn't think Briwn is worth it / a scheme fit.
  19. http://www.gq.com/story/redskin-dan-snyder-fired-gm-new-low/amp This makes the OBD front office shenanigans look like gold.
  20. Hyde is a HUGE upgrade over who the Bills had at safety, because Aaron Williams can't play football any more. It stinks, but he's done. So the Bills have clearly lost talent at the CB position but actually gained talent at S.
  21. -Tyrod is a serviceable QB. Not great, not awful. About average in the NFL. And the front office is paying him slightly below average. -Gilmore is a decent CB who cant play on an island / cant cover on his own for more than 15 yards....the Bills would be stupid to give him the money he wants. -Woods is a decent WR who will be forgot in an instant if the Bills grab Williams at 10. -Goodwin is a one trick pony....who is usually hurt. Listenbee or insert random WR name here from the later rounds of this year's draft can more than fill his shoes. So what about all of this is tanking? Seems like they are making sensible moves...but we'll see what happens this season. To me if you have a top 10 scoring offense and a total garbage D, I'd be more concerned about fixing the garbage D, which may only need a scheme fix, and a lot less concerned about a front office that is keeping the core of the offense together and letting replaceable players go.
  22. I would've been fine with the old deal. I assume that the Bills didn't make things worse for themselves. This IS a lot to assume but today I have hope.
  23. Back and on a restructured deal. WIN-WIN. Doug Whaley does it right!!!!!!!
  24. I spent the SB in Vegas....won over $1700 taking the Pats, the over and a bunch of pro Pats props. I did all of this as disappointment insurance in case the Pats won again, and even with all of that I'm miserable. Some pain you just can't relieve.
  25. It's that time of year again. Time to scout for the next great QB to save the Bills. What I love about this year's search is it comes with the added twist of ditching a QB that is better than half the NFL teams start. This really may be a new low as a Bills fan.
