I really hope this can happen. I have to imagine there are many teams out there that would be very interested in Maclin though, and teams that he would probably view as closer to being championship ready (you know, if he cares about winning, like most players). I would over pay for him on a short deal to get him to choose us. Hopefully the personal relationships and the immediate starter spot will sway him to Buffalo... turns a roster weakness into better than adequate

What is the tailgate scene like? Parking lots like at bills games? (I don't mean partying like at bills games because there's only a few other teams that go as hard, I'm talking set up wise). Some cities are bar scenes pre game and some are lots, and some are lame and they don't really tailgate.

I am hoping to make it to this...I dont know the charlotte drinking laws, but will this bar be open for tailgate on game day as well?

This is a big boys league, trickery and gimmick only gets you so far. You have to have a good offense and defense and special teams, and then you have a shot at consistent winning

Right, but our previous offense was not a quick hitting offense. This WCO seemingly will be. You can't say Tyrod can't run it because he hasn't ever been asked to do so. I think Tyrod will benefit from being forced to make quick throws based on the play calling. Tyrod did not do well in our previous offense where he was supposed to identify open guys and make progressions during the play. No doubt there. This offense will have him identify where to go with the ball pre play. That could make all the difference for him.

has his offense ever asked him to do a quick 3 step drop? has he played in a WCO before? Then how do you know he cannot do it?

Why cant Sammy thrive in an offense based on precision and anticipation?

and I would add to this, it is expected that he would need to get the ball out quicker because its a new offense and concepts from last years whack ass passing offensive scheme

its crazy to me people are advocating groy over wood...groy played well last year when called upon, no doubt. Wood is a damn good center, a damn good center. Even if groy was as good as wood, you start Wood because groy gives you the flexibility to backup 4 spots on the line in case of need. And groy is not as good as Wood. Hoping Dawkins can unseat Mills, because well, Mills is trash.

What change in blocking scheme exactly? Dennison, we would assume, would want to run stretch/zone blocking as that as been the preference of all offenses he has really been associated with. The Bills of the previous two years used a lot of zone blocking in their run game as well. Don't see this being an issue. Defense will be better by subtraction (of Rex/Rob and their antiquated defense), Gilly or no Gilly.

If these are the only two options on the table; Tims has superior food but DD has superior coffee...neither donuts are really that good though in the scheme of donuts
