  1. That is the maddeningly frustrating thing with TT that one sees when they attend games (or watches the all-22)...there are open guys ALL THE TIME. There are open guys that he seems to be looking directly at quite frequently as well. I know even the best QBs miss open guys too (thats not where pre-snap reads led them, they dont trust certain guys in certain situations, coverage collapsed when it wasn't expected)...but as a season ticket holder I have been watching these every home game for years now, and it is mind boggling. With that said....there are steaming piles of trash all over the NFL at QB position. I like the positives that TT brings (when he uses them, or is allowed to use them) enough to continue down this road as our "Stop Gap Franchise QB" for however long that needs to be the case. IF there is a better option I am all for it...but I don't see one on this roster, and we may not next year either. Aside from TT...great post. I too HATE the d-line rotation of the studs AT THE SAME TIME!!!!! WHY?? Rotate them, but rotate some 2's with 1's and all that...not all of them together at the same time! A note about the end of half: it IS on McD because everything you point out is correctable with coaching in practice. In yesterday's presser McD said something like "It is ultimately on my because we havent practiced it enough, and you bet we will be doing that this week"....so I think it will be fixed.
  2. he did look better, and the staff continued the recent trend of reverting back to last years scheme (and even some EXACT plays in the run game)...and that has helped a lot of our guys
  3. Marshawns teammates didnt seem to mind too much, they were celebrating with him after in the locker room sooooooo
  4. People expect too much from athletes
  5. nah B, got hit on the knee on the tackle
  6. ivory tower must be nice, im happy to hear you live a pristine and perfect life...the rest of us make some mistakes and bad decisions. Some people struggle with that their entire lives. And others just like to have some fun... I realize some youths look up to athletes like role models. However, athletes have zero responsibility to be role models. Some athletes choose to act like, and be role models to youths, and great for them for making a difference. Others choose to just live their lives for themselves, and good for them. I enjoy being entertained, and BEAST MODE is certainly entertaining
  7. yaaaassss, let our running QB run
  8. he COULD come back this season??? I thought he was week to week, not out for the damn year!! I wake up every morning and ask myself "why didnt he just step out of bounds"?
  9. I bet you are an absolute blast at parties lighten up and live a little brah
  10. update: arm has been amputated, will play Sunday
  11. why do people hate Lynch? He is a fun loving stoner who is good at playing running back
  12. glenn has not been healthy enough to play, so that has really shut down this fan favorite combo... If Glenn gets through this game healthy I would suspect next week's line looks like that lineup (IF Dawkins can show in practice he can handle RT - he is getting reps at RT this week with the second team, so that is promising)...As far as Groy goes, the staff really really likes him focusing on backup C with Wood's injury history, but he might get a look there. We need to draft 2 G's most likely this offseason
  13. Lavonte David is back, and he is good. McCoy is also really good. They still are not a great defense and we need to assert our will over them from jump street.
  14. this is like....your best post ever. Congratulations.
  15. I would guess they eventually will try Dawkins on the right side, but right now he is the backup LT / sometimes starting LT and they want to make sure Glenn is fully healthy and capable of going a full game. I would imagine Dawkins will rotate in some series for Glenn as he works his way back to game shape...and then after Glenn is healthy/in game shape they could try Dawkins out on the right side. It is the approach they have had to use all off season/season with the LT situation. Let Dawkins get comfortable there because he is needed there. When he is no longer needed (bc Glenn is healthy and in shape) they can see what he can do on the right side. Didn't want to overload the rookie with both spots.
  16. Koetter said yesterday that Winston will not throw AT ALL in practice this week
  17. yes sir, and that was exactly what my preseason expectations were not a bad team, not a great team, like most in the NFL. 8-8, with lucky or unlucky bounces or calls...6-10/10-6 isnt unrealistic
  18. Adrian Peterson's 130 yards and two TDs say Heyyyyyyyyyy
  19. ahhhh interesting, thanks. Did not know some of that about him. Some might interpret a lot of those antics as being cocky/confident, others would say its "a-hole" attitude. But you are likely correct in thinking he isn't the type McBeane would invest in. As far as the whole leaving TT after "demanding to be the starter" and walking on to Oklahoma....seems he was right about that decision though, eh?
  20. I will watch all the games Spectrum puts on...and then the SNF and the MNF (watched first half of TNF too) I love football, and watch all the college and NFL games that I can
  21. why? because he was arrested for being a drunk college kid once????
  22. Really hoping Baker Mayfield has a solid game against an improving Texas D.... Like this kids moxey, how he handles himself, seems to be playing good football at the QB spot too...he intrigues me
  23. your cellar? do you chain up women and children in there? are there roots down there? do you store canned goods?
