  1. lol @ thinking theres actual Rams fans living in LA
  2. Isn't getting open, getting open? If all we did was throw short screens, wouldn't a defense get hip to that and move up closer? I was taking issue with you saying we couldn't get separation, period. I know what your argument is, and I agree that it would be nice to have another option as a "downfield separator", I'm just going to get too worked up about the strength of our team. We had a dominant offense, swapped Cooper for Palmer, who knows how that will work out right now, but based on our offensive track record I am optimistic. Now we added Moore to the mix, I think he could pop a little as a WR 4/5. Samuel and Kincaid hopefully actually healthy.
  3. Pro Bowl's are a joke, why are you using that as a metric for anything? (not chiming in on your argument, simply that no one cares about Pro Bowls, its a popularity contest, not a reflection of on field performance)
  4. There just isnt space on the roster this year for Codrington to be a punt return only guy IMO. Someone else will beat him out even if they aren't as good, just because they do other things (KR, play other special teams, contributes or CAN contribute on offense or defense). Codrington CAN ONLY PR, I just cant see him making the roster.
  5. Bills had three guys in the top 25 in separation on routes, Shakir, Kincaid and Samuel. Love the addition of Moore and Palmer to the group. Just factually wrong to say we didn't get separation, according to the stats from NextGen.
  6. I think he is the next in line to play jumbo TE, once Anderson gets made the LG or C after next season.
  7. Yet they still had three guys in the top 25 in the NFL in separation per route. Shakir - 6th Samuel - 9th Kincaid - 25th Samuel turf toe effected him basically all year. That shouldn't be a problem. Kincaid was hurt all year, that shouldnt be a problem this year (Also Josh just weirdly not ever being connected with him). And we added Palmer, who can get separation and vertical. Relax.
  8. Pulled pork, ribs, both with KC bbq sauce on them. Mac and cheese. Potato Salad. Baked Beans. Coleslaw. ALL THE BOOZE.
  9. I don't think his wish for a couple deep strikes to Cooper is as far off base is as your wish (although Id love to see Jones get buried and quit lol)...we took a couple deep shots on Cooper when he had a freakin huge cast on his hand in the first matchup. I think we take some downfield shots, and Cooper just might be the target.
  10. The d-line NEEDS to be nasty and difficult to block all game long, in both the run and the pass. If they are a problem for the Chiefs then we win this game going away. They have stepped up in big games, and in the playoffs, we need that to continue.
  11. Lane invented the early jump, not lining up 5 yards back off the LOS like Taylor does (taylor just happens to do them both lol)..is that what you meant?
  12. Rasul has CLEARLY lost a step this season, so he isnt able to react as quick and get those INT's...BUT, he is freaking due man and it would be great to see Sunday. I still think Elam will be part of the equation next season at CB2, along with a rookie and cheap vet.
  13. you dont think opposing coaches talk to the refs before every chiefs game and point this out? lol
  14. check Bills social media accounts, they posted a pic. I think it looks sick...as to if we have ever worn the blue socks with all white, I cannot recall. Edit: found the answer, they have worn all white with blue socks 3 times...2023 we beat the chargers, 2021 we lost to the Bucs in OT, 2020 we beat the Jets
  15. bro. They are not going to elevate and give any meaningful snaps in THE AFC CHAMPIONSHIP game to Zach f'ing Davidson lol its not technically the same uni's...socks are blue this go round, maybe thats the change they feel they needed lol
  16. I am a teacher and its Regents week, no students, we just eat soup all week...and digest constant Bills content. Its honestly heaven.
  17. week to week league. You don't improve on what you show from one week to another because every matchup is completely different. Game plans, how the game unfolds, execution... Also why you can't draw conclusions based on past results, none of that matters. You have other teams tendencies and tape, build a game plan around that and make adjustments as the game unfolds. Talent, scheme, execution and a little bit of luck determine outcomes.
  18. I have no doubt that Josh would have led a scoring drive. I was simply commenting on the could have been costly decision at having ***** pass rushers out there when we needed our best. Tired or not, in a game tying or game ending drive, I want our best players out there. I find it hard to believe Von could have been tired though, having only played like 25% of the snaps.
  19. it certainly could be, I also have no idea. He legit seemed caught off guard by the question enough to make me think "does he really not know Milano was not in the game at the end?" Could have been a conscious decision, just like it was a conscious decision to have Solomon, Jefferson and Epenesa in as your pass rushers in the most critical minute of the game...a decision that thankfully did not cost us a trip the AFC championship.
  20. The defense was really solid even without the turnovers. Holding Henry to under 90 yards rushing and Jackson to under 40. And yes turnovers are a great equalizer, and thats why we work so hard to cause them. Turnovers and negative plays, havoc, thats what this defense looks for.
  21. A reporter noted that Milano missed every play after the 2 minute warning, asked if it was injury related or scheme. McD honestly looked like he had no idea that one of is best defensive players missed the last bit of the game. He said he had not heard from his training staff because they get in later in the day. It was awkward and weird response. Was reported on twitter that he banged knees with Lamar on his last play in the game, and was seen standing on the sidelines the rest of the time (no medical tent, no trainers giving him attention).
  22. Jack Stack BBQ is what I had when I went for 13 seconds. Was delicious. Burnt Ends are awesome.
  23. we blitzed the hell out of Jackson, he was 6/12 for 99 yards and an INT. He also fumbled when we pressured him. When we didn't get pressure on him he carved us up...but we got pressure and it cost them the game my dude. Also, rushing Pat Mahomes is a little different than the rush plan against Lamar. We got two sacks and a bunch of pressures against Mahomes earlier this year. If you are just referring to past playoff performances and the d-line not getting pressure on him, ok sure that is accurate. But this is a different defense, with a different coordinator who isnt afraid to send pressure, with different defenders.
  24. not a good choice by Knox. He had blocks set up to the outside of the field and he took it inside.
  25. not to be disrespectful, but no, it isnt.
