  1. didnt even work for the Colts who had the ultimate tank scenario
  2. im not weighing in on that debate, again, I was only answering a question posed by one poster to another
  3. I am very aware, I was only answering for another poster who said "wades worst move ever" or something like that
  4. i thought you were referring to drafting a young guy (peerless/zay) to push/help/replace the veteran (moulds/sammy)
  5. diff situations...the eric moulds/peerless price scenario would better fit us drafting Zay Jones with having Sammy started RJ and ruined the Bills forever
  6. sure but im thinking a player isnt going to base that decision hoping a potential teammate gets hurt and that is how he gets his targets
  7. we dont know what our QB will or wont do in this new offensive system
  8. The only thing that worries me about the Ravens is he would be THE GUY there with a chance to put up bigger numbers most likely than he would get here....but it probably comes down to money and comfort with players/staff on roster (im hoping)
  9. spotrac has bills at 12 mill and ravens at 3 mill..if it comes down to money you gotta believe the bills are better suited
  10. sad that lombardi cant even spell a players name correctly that hes reporting on
  11. I personally do not think Schefter is anywhere near reliable when he reports on local teams I'm not saying I believe the Bills Fanatics tweet, but I dont think Schefter is the one to hold a candle to
  12. I am all for bringing in talent. We have the cap room easily. We need proven NFL WRs and especially those with starting experience and a successful resume. The young heads will listen. We have a very talented offense - all feelings for TT aside. I am hoping like hell we can make this happen. 2 year deal, even a 1 year prove it deal is fine, just roster this guy!
  13. many around here think we are destined to that low win total as long as TT is the QB...I disagree, but thats neither here nor there in regards to Maclin
  14. I really hope this can happen. I have to imagine there are many teams out there that would be very interested in Maclin though, and teams that he would probably view as closer to being championship ready (you know, if he cares about winning, like most players). I would over pay for him on a short deal to get him to choose us. Hopefully the personal relationships and the immediate starter spot will sway him to Buffalo... turns a roster weakness into better than adequate
  15. What is the tailgate scene like? Parking lots like at bills games? (I don't mean partying like at bills games because there's only a few other teams that go as hard, I'm talking set up wise). Some cities are bar scenes pre game and some are lots, and some are lame and they don't really tailgate.
  16. I am hoping to make it to this...I dont know the charlotte drinking laws, but will this bar be open for tailgate on game day as well?
  17. Of course we got them again We're bills fans, it's what we do If you give up on bills seasons because they lose your doing it wrong
  18. the fact that he was grossly over weight and lived a hard life in the NFL (who knows what they were pumping into these guys) I don't think its that crazy for him to die at 48. He was not your average 48 YO.
  19. internet nazi, in the world of autocorrect their is know knead too no the diference : )
  20. dang your old, drive safe...dont fall...take your vitamins and stay off the hard stuff
  21. The Bills are trendsetters baby! 19-0 CHAMPIONSHIP
  22. so your advocating for an oregon ducks/chip kelly with the eagles type of offense, "the blur" theres a reason the chip kelly thing failed in Philly with our "limited depth" wouldn't just be tiring our own players out? This is a big boys league, trickery and gimmick only gets you so far. You have to have a good offense and defense and special teams, and then you have a shot at consistent winning
  23. Right, but our previous offense was not a quick hitting offense. This WCO seemingly will be. You can't say Tyrod can't run it because he hasn't ever been asked to do so. I think Tyrod will benefit from being forced to make quick throws based on the play calling. Tyrod did not do well in our previous offense where he was supposed to identify open guys and make progressions during the play. No doubt there. This offense will have him identify where to go with the ball pre play. That could make all the difference for him.
  24. has his offense ever asked him to do a quick 3 step drop? has he played in a WCO before? Then how do you know he cannot do it?
