First Time I have been concerned with Josh Allen
PaattMaann replied to PlayoffsPlease's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
hmmm....I will have to disagree. At least about having a problem with Josh all the sudden after yesterday. He missed two deep balls, but had a slew of other great throws (the touch pass to duke, the TD to Brown, the brown throw across the field, the throw to knox that was dropped as examples). Josh did not appear to be the problem with the offense. Dropped passes, missed assignments and untimely penalties have continued to stall our offensive drives inside enemy territory and THAT is very concerning. We need to figure out a way to continue to execute, which to be fair we did on the drive that started in 3rd quarter and ended in the 4th. I have very little problems with the way Josh played today, aside from missing those deep throws. WHY CANT HE HIT THOSE????? Is it a total shook confidence thing now? -
disagree, thats the PERFECT situation to use that play. Not two safeties deep, catches the D off guard and the play was WIDE OPEN, Josh just missed it (yet again on the deep throws). No problem with THAT play call, players have to execute. I didn't like Dabolls first half play calling by and large, but it does come down to players not executing. Knox doesnt drop that ball and the entire outcome of the game is different. Our offense keeps shooting ourselves in the foot, and not much of it has been on Josh.

maybe, but Sal Cap said this morning on WGR that Brown was just tight two days ago, and he was limited yesterday due to field conditions... -

yes I would bet my life savings on 49ers over Redskins this week, thats the slam dunk pick of the week for me, thats the win im choosing for survivor UNLESS I take the Jags over the Bengals in a super risky move. thats the game im looking for the info on, will the Jags for sure handle the Bengals? i have zero doubts the 49ers will dominate the Redskins, dont care about Jimmy G one bit, their D is playing phenomenal and they run the ball at will (missing both starting tackles and both might play this week) against a very bad Skins team so...will the Jags beat the Bengals? -

You nail it right here! There will def. still be parking lot tailgating and LOTS OF IT, there will be entreprenuers our there like Hammer who already own or will own parking lots and make money off tailgaters. And then there will be a vibrant bar tailgate scene, thats how it is in Green Bay (I tailgated in lot there last year AND did a buffet/open bar at a distillery out there, super fun). Dont forget Pressure Drop bro, worth a tailgate stop! Maybe even ballyhoo if they are serving up that mac n cheese pre game! -

in another survivor pool...the slam dunk pick this week is the 49ers over the Redskins, BUT, If I take the Jags over the Bengals it gives me flexibility with the 49ers down the road....someone talk to me about the Jags over the Bengals please... -
thats bandit, never original : )

I don't think they are going to have much of a choice since it looks like he's not ready. -
What do you on on Bills bye week?
PaattMaann replied to BritBill's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
going to a local farm to get some apples, fresh doughnuts, some beer....looking at some open houses, then sunday dinner with the family as usual. Will tune in to a few games here and there. -
We can and should win above 10 games and make the playoffs...anything else is gravy. Remember, we have a QB who is without a doubt a PROJECT QB that is just now entering his "2nd year" when it comes to starts in the NFL. He is no where near a finished product, and played all of last year with the cupboards bare around him on offense. The fact that he wasnt completely RUINED by having to play at all with that bum squad last year is a miracle in itself, and a testament to his ability and character. This year he has a completely new offense around him, and the scheme and plays have altered as well to fit the new talent level. It is no surprise we aren't lighting up scoreboards. That might happen in a few games this year as he limits turnovers and the rest of the offense limits their drive killing mistakes. Our offense right now is better than the Ravens offense that won the superbowl in 2000. Different eras, different teams, different situations, but you can still win a superbowl with lights out defense and an OK offense (and vice versa). I think this offense will 100% improve throughout the season, we are still yet halfway through the season. The offense has so much potential, and it is going to be a collective effort to clean up the mistakes NO DOUBT, but Josh will be the determining factor in how far we go. I have faith in Josh. This team will make the playoffs and then anything can happen, home or away. (as far as the schedule in 2020, we get the Chiefs/Seahawks/Rams at home, so thats good...we travel out west but its to face the Raiders and Cardinals and Chargers...not really the hardest road trips out west. And the NFL is so up and down every year who knows. Its foolish to look ahead and say "this has to be our year because next years schedule is tough".)

Buffalo Bills rooting interests, Week 6 2019
PaattMaann replied to HOUSE's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
your hopes were not realized....but boy I was rooting for Brady to be knocked out, thought he was on the sack/fumble too. Would have been excellent...but alas, I survive in the pool Ravens this week? Yea I was going back and forth between Ravens or NE...went with the slam dunk, I hate going division games like Ravens Bengals this week (even when its slanted one side) because anything can happen in division games. Good luck. I wanted to save the Pats for next week, so I didn't have to use the 49ers. But now I will be surely picking the 49ers against the Skins next week. -
ahhh yea, gotta meet up and caravan in together, thats what we do. And I never have problems getting out quickly, but I also jog to my car post game and get out. Never wait or hit traffic, just gotta be committed.

I was just giving you a hard time mostly...and yea I have, and always will park on the same side of the stadium you have. I just go into the official Bills lot, Lot 5 for life baby! Thats why I know about the Grass lot (mud lot to you)

Personally need the Patriots to win, picked them (finally) in my survivor pool... -
Jack had a really really good game last night. But he needs to stop getting mugged/giving the puck away. He got beat up at the blue line in our offensive side again last night and they skated right down and scored on us....its happened in almost every game. Love the offense, but take care of the puck Cap.

NFL TV Schedule and Maps: Week 6, 2019

except the football we have available to watch lol...sunday morning game is nice, after that, I think ill be tuning out -
McKenzie can burn, Foster is fast (but hurt), Beasley is quick....I wouldnt say we have a slow offense. And many many many successful offenses dont have a ton of speed, we have more than enough to be successful
