  1. Well I wouldn't assume that at all.
  2. what does that have to do with anything I posted?
  3. There is absolutely no way they only dress 4 WRs lol what inclement weather are you talking about?
  4. slower than duke LOL, most dudes on this board are faster than Duke
  5. Exactly...Eagles have a very good o-line where as the Browns o-line....sucks
  6. The local media has been reminding the players about being disrespected all week too....players have been fielding questions on it all week, with the usual (great) responses of "we will continue to be overlooked until we prove something". Love it. We shouldn't come out flat, those only seem to happen at home lol.
  7. not really...Ricky Seals Jones is their starter, he isn't being targeted much, but he HAS been effective when targeted, averaging over 17 yards per catch (being skewed largely due to only having 9 catches and one went for 59 yards). He is also questionable with a knee injury. So, short answer, no we shouldnt be worried about a seam beater this week
  8. Too bad our bend but dont break defense wont follow your advice and take away the rhythm passing that Baker prefers....we love giving up easy completions and forcing teams to put together 10 plus play drives. You are correct, thats what Baker does well. Hopefully his dumb coach will truly try to force feed OBJ and force Baker into longer looks holding the ball. Good analysis. The Broncos worry me about as much as a gnat, the Browns however, I feel like we could easily drop this one.
  9. Good thing we have done that in 5 out of 8 games!!!
  10. The deep ball was not his strength last year - he still missed a lot of those deep throws (the stats are out there to support it if you want to look), it just SEEMS like he was good at it last year because he connected on a few to Foster later in the year. If he hits on a few of these deep balls, his stats on deep balls will look the same as last year. It IS a problem, but its not just a "this year" thing...
  11. yes! again, a lot ISN'T play calling, its execution (just like the players have been saying). However, the third and 4th down and 1 play calling was uninspired, tried ramming gore right up their gut from power formation almost every short yardage situation. Be creative.
  12. my problems from the game, and they are few but glaring. Run defense was BADDDDDD, especially in the first half. This has been a consistent problem, and in the words of Dave W, we need to "fit it up!" And play calling on 3rd and 4th and short was TERRIBLE. Lets get a little inventive instead of just smashing it up the middle maybe? Didnt mind the four straight runs from the 1 though...
  13. maybe....OR, theres no film on the Kid and he has a big arm so they come out and play inspired and take it to us...
  14. Two seats next to each other, on the aisle, in row 7, section 307...great seats, selling for HALF OF FACE VALUE, $50 per ticket. Seats have the cushions so your not sitting on cold bleachers. Private message me (will take down if tickets sell)
  15. statement win will come in this years playoffs baby
  16. no, he shouldnt have posted "start", he probably meant to post "play substantial snaps"...one rookie will start, but Cox is playing as far as I know.
  17. yea I mean I would be happy with that. I would also be happy with a 20-17 win with a FG kick as time expires....W counts as a W.
  18. if we win, why do you care about the narrative?
  19. I also frequent weather underground, find it to be pretty accurate. Accuweather is right there with it, kind of odd how they are so drastically different on Sunday. I think its because the system has sped up and slowed down as its moved so far....difference in their future models. We will have a more accurate picture tomorrow morning. One of those two will likely be spot on.
  20. depends on which weather service you use... my most dependable is Accuweather, and it has rain stopping at 10 am for the most part, with some wind, but its always windy..nothing new. Plus were more than 48 hours away from game time, itll change
  21. my man pat hammer said showers would taper off in the afternoon, and were days away from sunday. Im betting the showers get here earlier saturday evening than expected and we only see some rain during tailgate. I gots my positive thinking shoes on.
  22. first bad weather game of the season. And hopefully it is done and over by kick off. So just us tailgaters will have to suffer through some wet drinking conditions. Oh well.
  23. people mentioning Ertz left and right, but BOTH tight ends can be a real problem for us. Goedert is a really good TE and would likely be TE 1 for most of the NFL (including us). Their TEs have me worried more than anything in this game. They run a lot of 2 TE sets. Hoping Leslie has something in store to solve this problem, even IF Milano plays (gonna be wet, will they risk him like they havent others this year in these conditions?) we will have our hands full containing their TEs.
  24. yea all those individual drills Milano is doing are fulllll speed and impactful. I can't imagine he wont be ready to rock and roll Sunday based on what hes doing, and how he looks doing it today. Maybe I am just overly hopeful. I know we have been SUPER cautious all year with guys injuries but I'd say have him give it a go and if he rehurts himself then sit him until Thanksgiving.
