    TNF is tough to be a good product outside of weeks one and two. Once the season gets going, all of these guys have rehab, etc with basically 3.5 days to prepare.

    Not for nothing, and I would have not bet on Denver winning by 10 at any point in this game, but mark schlereth was on WGR months ago and thought the vegas line of 5 total wins was way low.

    That is a professional who has been through a ton in his career and has been in front of the media for half his life. He made several mentions of introspective thoughts during the "drive" up the 90. I think he is going to go OFF with Josh.

    This is all correct IMO. It's a warning shot across the bow, but I still don't know how they will cut him and eat the cap. It's tough.

    This is interesting because, generally, it comes down to very few plays between KC and Buf. Jones is a wrecker. I was hopeful Groot was going to become unstoppable, but he has been seemingly lowering his next contract number every week.

    I mean, they cut a WR and Cooper is an all pro who has been on three teams previous with different schemes. I think at a minimum he can be in for certain packages. I would be shocked if he didn't dress Sunday.

    Not to diminish these numbers, he clearly has been "fine-if-not-very-good" in his career, however playing on the team that has the QB with the most TDs in his first seven years in NFL history def helps.

    It has to be a mixture of him being out for an extended part of camp/pre season, and getting acclimated to the scheme/NFL. I don't think he was a drafted as an immediate starter anyway.

    100% right and that is why the Bills got the compensation of a 2nd rounder. I think the comp for both Diggs and Cooper are in line. It's not like they both can't be very good in their own ways.

    Food for thought on a possible "baseline" for Cooper. He had 1,250 yards last year, for him to get to just 1,000 this year (with the 250 he already had in Cle) would mean he will have to average about 70 yards/game going forward...and throw in another 4 TDs.
