Rumor Josh Allen break up/ reason for losing to cinci
NoSaint replied to Jamone's topic in The Stadium Wall
weird we saw this rumored pregnancy well before his gf did, right? I think they started in like November of last year? -
you may be taking his sarcastic joke a bit too seriously.
-
Also can we acknowledge the “pose” in question is standing with his hands folded in front of him. It’s as soft a pose as possible while walking the carpet. I’m not sure he could do less.

the wild card is all 3 of those teams had qb woes last season. If Rodgers, Lamar and tua are healthy, that’s good for a couple games each and suddenly it gets real close. im not sure you can count on any of them carrying their teams the whole way, but last year was basically worst case scenarios for all 3 teams at the most important position. we also have a big question mark with millers injury. even if healthy, hard to say they flip the rank but it gets real close on a few. I think it’s safe to say we are in the second tier with questions to be answered at important positions, but still a contender. Whether that puts us 4 or 6 on a power ranking isn’t too stressful though. Or it creates a spicy hot take that gets clicks from all the markets instead of a predictable list that no one wants to deep dive and argue

though they loved the lawyer putting out crazy claims allowing them to say “he lawyer alleges….” with all the sensationalism but none of the risk of finding their own headlines

Levi Wallce buried on depth chart; if he's cut...?
NoSaint replied to boyst's topic in The Stadium Wall
he’s a fitz of corners. He has a role in the league but you never want him to be a cornerstone piece. He could start on a handful of teams but they may prefer giving reps to a guy with upside and as you note always seeking to upgrade him. As a package player he’s good and about as solid as anyone stepping in if there’s an injury or two. I don’t see him coming to be a 5th DB but we could do worse at 4 if there’s an injury or position swap -
she can say no at any point and have the dynamic instantly change unfortunately not only did she accuse someone falsely, she had her attorney publicly try to wreck the guy in the most destructive manner possible. I don’t know if at some point she said no. I don’t feel comfortable giving her carte Blanche to accuse without more concrete information either though. It’s an unfortunate situation all around.

They are not a family. They are likeminded high achievers pursuing a common goal.
-
he could have the afternoon he was cut if both sides wanted. The nfl is stopping nothing.
-
also, to be fair, by California law he likely wouldn’t have been found guilty of statutory even if they slept together with her loudly declaring her age at a college party

Dexter Lawrence 4 yrs / 90M extension with Giants

disagree. Pass rushers, elite pass rushers, can disrupt a game immensely. We see weekly that the constant flow of young guys doesn’t cut it. You need a guy that wins. -

Are we more deserving of the SB hype this year than last?
NoSaint replied to Success's topic in The Stadium Wall
im not sure we are distantly off. Even 4th is outside the top 10% of teams. Hard to call a team outside the top 10% a favorite to win it, so that would be the starting area of that second tier of very good teams. saying that’s not a favorite but they have a shot seems to be fair for teams in the 4-5-6 -7 type of range. If Miller comes back early and reliable I’d put us right at the front of that group, if he struggles probably towards the tail of that group. -
If his other choice is retire- “get paid 7 figures, hang out doing what I love with some friends, and mentor some guys” isn’t terrible. He will see the field but not any meaningful way without injuries.
-
I’ve got to think it’s essentially a coaching role at this point but we will see. id imagine more “he likes the route run like this and will key on that motion” than “hey Wilson, head to the bench”

I will say last year was a rough one unfortunately we kick off this year down Miller and still a big question mark with tre. poyer and Hyde coming off injury at their age will be question marks. Likely good but shy of their peak form. morse is a love tap from being out long term we have a good team but I think it’s safe to say it’s second tier (ie have a shot but not a favorite) unless/until several guys show they are healthy- and others step up (Davis, Kincaid, any guards, Rousseau, any mlb) -

and now we don’t have a pass rush, and we remain dangerously thin at WR (can you imagine if diggs goes down?) and have no mlb so we added some concerns too. -
Jackson Mahomes Sexual Assault(Update)Arrested

I’ll chalk you up with being ok if he did it to you then. frankly I think we’d all feel assaulted if some guy grabbed us and did that. -
Bills are grandpa's based on average roster age.
NoSaint replied to Chaos's topic in The Stadium Wall
and Daquan and Morse and Martin… diggs turning 30 where I think it’s not terrible is I don’t care much about Martin being old and depth guys like quess, mancz, and Barkley likely don’t even make the 53 and I’m guessing a lot of teams aren’t carrying 33 year old OL12, OL13, RB4 and QB3 at the moment they also have a 35 year old kicker, like 40 year old punter, a mid 30s OT… their star playmakers (outside Rodgers) are young but they have a lot of aging role players. -

it’s all about composition of the number. a full year across 80 guys could be all your starters on average 4 years older, and depth about the same age for instance. Or like 8-10 starters that are 8-10 years older. or it could be most guys just 1 year older As a stand alone it’s only of minor concern but a full year across a decent sized population in a tightly packed age group could certainly become noteworthy as you break it down. -

For two units that haven’t performed well you give a lot of positive options and only two low end. also, for depth are we eating them as backups or just overall? I have a hard time putting cy as the best offensive lineman -
Will DeAndre Hopkins be available this offseason?
NoSaint replied to NeverOutNick's topic in The Stadium Wall
and of course in addition to a hole at number two, there is the implicit issue of what if diggs has a sprained ankle? Gets real dicey real quickly. -
hey, maybe we find another consistent pass rush piece. It could be Rousseau steps up and Ed o has a monster contract year. I think VMs recovery is the number one indicator of our playoff success if you had to pull a single player not named Josh allen
-
If the above doesn’t make my point I don’t know what would. It’s all Miller.
-
honestly, I think much of the above is pretty limited in moving the needle. the guy is Miller, and the question is that knee. We brought him in to close out big games and our season likely goes as his recovery goes (barring other significant injury issues cropping up)
