I generally loved how the Bills looked too. My biggest gripe was the decision to kick the FG w 20-something seconds left rather than punt. Yes, a field goal make ends the game. But, I would think the Chiefs needing to drive 80+ yards for a TD with no timeouts and 20 seconds or so is extremely unlikely too. Some may point out 13 seconds, but the Chiefs only needed a field goal there and had three timeouts. With the field goal miss, the Chiefs ended up with a couple shots at the end zone.

If I had Denver still, I’d prob take them on the short week at home against the Raiders. That said, thinking this is going to be the week to use the Bills here. One thing I don’t like is Miami get a couple extra days, although these teams already know each other very well and it’s going to feel like another home game on the road. And not only does Allen generally play great in Miami, it seems to be a thing for Cook now too.

I think salary cap becomes less of an issue when guys start going on IR, plus the fact there’s only 9 weeks left now. We were borderline needing to make a move before Hoecht’s injury, think this seals the deal now. Edit: It’s since been pointed out to me that even IR players still count towards the cap. That sucks.

A loss today for me means we’re still chasing the Chiefs for the #1 seed. If we can beat the Chiefs, all these other teams don’t worry me. I still think the Colts are going to come back to earth with the schedule they still have ahead.

Seeing the Chiefs constantly win because the refs give them more calls than everyone else does bother me, so it definitely would bug me if they make it to a fourth Super Bowl in a row
