  1. Yeah the Bills are only 1/3 of the way into hopefully a 20 or 21 game season...........and Allen is running the ball more than ideal and taking a good deal of hits.........I'd be hesitant to trade Trubisky. As much as another pass rusher or CB might be nice they should be looking to upgrade the interior OL first.
  2. Yet another example of an unexpected trade. Like all of Beane's trades. But we still have people on TSW who expect a months notice from Shefter or it couldn't possibly happen.
  3. Halloween Next time a game falls on a holiday..........know it. F's all around in this thread.
  4. Teams rarely advertise to the media that they are interested in trading a player. If you are looking for rumors from a talking head......those usually come from agents looking to get their player traded, not the team. So you can sh*t in one hand and search for substance in the other and you know which one will fill up first. The dots are connected to Norwell because he was a former All Pro who has been up and down with the Jags and has $13M in base salary next season, the last of his deal. They may not want to wait for another down and perhaps get something for a 30 year old player at one of the easier positions on the field to fill and save $15M-$20M. The dots specifically to the Bills? He began his career with Carolina when Beane and McDermott were there and later had his All Pro season as a Carolina Panther.
  5. No, it would not. But at least you didn't do like @H2o the other day and say adding a RB would make this offense "LITERALLY" unstoppable. Andrew Norwell would help a good deal, IMO.........but no one player who would reasonably be available is making them unstoppable.
  6. Sh*tty grazer helmets made the offense look like the 1971 offense that lost 28-23 to the St. Louis Cardinals 50 years ago today. Throw them away........not back.
  7. Well, you do you. Welcome to the board.
  8. Cruel Hallows Eve! A lackluster performance Pats pull within one
  9. A clever, rival fanbase would take this opportunity to further divide Chiefs fans and their players by constantly reminding them that their identity is as a toxic group of fans and that their own players say so.
  10. Favored by fourteen Tua Tuna Fish goes off Debris thrown on field
  11. Not just that.........it's his hometown..........as people may recall he was accused of flashing Crips signs during games.........and as we know most Rams fans are white and identify as Bloods.
  12. Not to steel @Warcodered's line but.......I mean, not ALL NFL fans are jealous of players like Lamar and Kyler for the recognition they get from advertisers. I highly doubt fans of the Packers and Chiefs or Bucs, whose QB's represent big companies in commercials.......care nearly as much about recognition given to next tier product shills like Kyler and Lamar as jealous Bills fans do. Not that the 1 second cameo in the Buffalo Wild Wings for Josh was nothing........but it almost is. Gross overreaction to perceived slights is literally what birthed "Bills Mafia"............recognition is more important to Bills fans.
  13. I mentioned this last week but my expectation is always going to be that Kyler Murray will eventually get a leg injury at some point every season.........and when he does his play will fall off because he has a big disadvantage when limited to the pocket. We saw it last year.........they beat the Bills and were gaining momentum and the talk of the league briefly........and then he suffers an ankle sprain and their season went down the drain. As elusive as he is, he doesn't seem to have that Doug Flutie spatial awareness for never, ever taking a big hit. And sure enough, he sprained his ankle last night. Maybe that won't be "the one" that diminishes his play this season, but it's not a good sign for Arizona. Without full mobility he's not exceptional. If he stays healthy.......man they are primed on offense.........I just don't expect that to be the case over a very long season.
  14. Watson was upset that ownership didn't value his opinion on the direction of the franchise. It's generally believed that teams do that with their QB's..........though it's not really true in most cases(ask Brady and Rodgers). Then he got exposed as a sexual predator and perhaps it's a little more understandable why Houston might have wanted to treat him like a player on the team instead of a co-owner. Now he looks like a total creep and just wants to get away. Miami sounds like a good place to hide. Big city, lower moral bar to clear, not a rabid pro fan base etc........nice place to hide in plain sight while he tries to re-build his image/career.
  15. He's not JUST a Kelly........he's from WNY. He played football here in WNY. Real WNY'ers don't quit supporting our own as quickly as people from more quitty places like Norf Carolina.
  16. He's done for the regular season but the Cardinals are expecting to be playing deep into the playoffs and perhaps he returns then.
  17. Yeah I see it as an opportunity to see what they can do without Knox. They are razor thin at TE so it would be nice to be prepared if he gets hurt again and is unavailable in the postseason.
  18. Phillips is a turd. Any peanuts and corn that were in there were mined out of him by McBeane.
  19. Because he draws dumb ***** penalties? Read much?
  20. I don't mind seeing Aaron Rodgers get a cheap shot but Jordan Phillips is just such a douchebag. People crying about not retaining that penalty machine......smh.
  21. Wow GB fans have really taken over Arizona.
  22. Me: Cool, GB gets 1st and goal at the 3 yard line. Promo:
