Second time in a year McCoy has come off the bench and sparked a win as a dog. Last year with Giants he beat Seahawks in Seattle. Following week....not so good. That was a tough ask for Raider. Giants home dogs, playing better and should have beaten Chiefs Monday night. Cross Country trip for a 1P EC game and it was cold here yesterday (I'm in Westchester) I was in Cooperstown Saturday night. Stopped at rest area near Newburg on way home. Place was full of Giant fans on their way down to game from Upstate. But I was surprised at how many Raider Jerseys I saw there too. Tons of them

Beane's not prioritizing the OL the elephant in the room for the entire season, but I'm putting yesterday on McD. Team was not ready to play. Seemed like there were zero adjustments made during the game. Declining the Penalty and absolutely awful management of his Time Outs are on him.

Trubisky playing time against the Jaguars

Bit of a jinx even asking this as I can see a letdown and close game. But assuming we take care of business, Get Josh out as early as possible. I voted 4Q but would be happy to start 2nd Half with backups. Think McD will have them ready to play. But any given Sunday....... -
Derrick Henry potential season ending injury
Olliemets replied to Process's topic in The Stadium Wall
What the F*** ? "Official protector of the shield." Really? This league has a lot of bad teams. More bottom feeders than I can remember in recent memory. Too many mismatches each weekend. I never root for seeing star players out of action, injured...but that's just me. It's a karma thing. You wish this on other Teams when it can happen to your own team tomorrow. So I don't root for injuries. I'll sign up right now For Bills to see Titans with Henry in The Conference Championship game. As long as it's in Orchard Park. That's my point. -
Derrick Henry potential season ending injury
Olliemets replied to Process's topic in The Stadium Wall
Obviously I'm torn about this. The guy is a force. A great great player. The League is worse for having a superstar out. But its better for the Bills if he's out at least for a little while. I don't want Henry to lose the season. Just a few weeks, enough to pin a few more Ls on the Titans. The playoff seeding is going to be huge and right now Tennessee is ahead of us. I want that week off and home field. While Henry beats the stuffing out of defenders and exhausts defenses, think about the pounding he and most running backs take. -
I don’t want to have to go to Nashville again in January If they keep winning these close games, my hope is they wear Henry out by January

Actually it feels weird rooting for Pats today. But need an L hung on the Chargers i hate myself

Anyone Have This Frustration With The Titans Game
Olliemets replied to corta765's topic in The Stadium Wall
We just got beat. Missed the first down by inches twice which happens. I loved going for it. Don't believe McD of old would have. Thought in 3Q that last team with ball would probably win and it almost played out that way. My personal most frustrating moment came on our next to last drive in 4Q before Titans scored, when JA took that drive killing sack. At that point in the game it was all about possesion, eating clock and coming away with points. Locking for a deep strike and taking that sack there seemed a terrible omen. -
YES

Titans a mentally tough team. Henry Comeback ability. We make fun of Tannehill but he makes plays hang a L on them

I'm putting Herbert ahead of the other 2. He's looking like Josh West to me. Burrow very good though. AFC is stacked with young QBs -
Tailgate Options - other than Hammer's

The site of the Former Twin Oaks Motel- Was there last Sunday. Was able to get a spot a little after 9A. Motel demolished and all lot now. Great scene, can walk and cut through woods through Stadium Lot or down road. 30 Bucks. Awesome tailgate scene. -
9/26/21 Bills vs. WTF Postgame Thread
Olliemets replied to Chandler#81's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I was sitting in 338 on West side near that end zone and saw it perfectly from my level. I really thought at first it was a set play..it landed so perfectly. Maybe top spin or something. But when Bass kicked off second half it died again and went out of bounds. Like the wind just grabbed it and pushed it down. That's when I realized it must have been the wind. It's actually a great play though. If a team worked on topping the ball into an open area down the field 30 years to surprise teams its more likely to succeed than an onside kick. Theres a guy deep then maybe 2 guys there and lots of open space. It looked so easy. -

As long as Darth Vader in the Hoodie is there it's a slam dunk for the Pats in my book. And it will linger after he's gone. -
Bills aren't only team with stadium issues
Olliemets replied to Buffalo716's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I talked to a bunch of Bears fans pre game at the tailgate when Bears came here in 2018 and stomped us. We were in the Hammer Lot. They were blown away. Said it was worth the 9 hour drive to go to a real tailgate compared to what their Sunday experience is in Chicago. -
Respect to Harbaugh for winning this game right here and now. Of course its a gamble. but with Lamar's skill set and that line shouldn't have been a tough decision. I like going for it on 4th. Glad it worked out for the Bills but Miami going for it 3 times today was the right call. Russo crucified Joe Judge last Friday for being so cautious on Thursday night. Part of good defense is just hanging on to the ball. I hope McD was watching.
