I like the Seattle Stadium a lot. Roofed over most of the seats except for the playing field and end zones. Great Lines with the cantilevered upper deck which puts spectators closer to the field. Seats 65K+. Loud as hell. Big concourses that are shut to the weather. Not much end zone seating. If Open air is the plan. I hope it's similar.

I was in upper deck at that end and saw that kick just die. First we thought it was a trick play...then looked at the flags at that end of the Stadium. I've never seen a ball just punched out of the air by the wind like that.

I picked Raiders, as I'm sick of the Pats. They do have a little magic going right now so no slam dunk. With Pats it's the Bill Bellyache factor. We out talent them at the QB slot but he's a HOF coach and it would be humiliating to lose to them. Although I'd be ecstatic if we beat them in playoffs. I'll take my chance with the Raiders.

I was thinking watching Matt Ryan yesterday, that a team that has a lot of pieces but missing a QB should try to acquire him. Dum Penalty aside he is still very good. A team like the Broncos. Everyone wondering about Rogers, Deshaun J, Russel Wilson or trying to draft a stud might do just as well with Ryan.

As an aging boomer, I well remember how tough the Vikings were in home December and playoff games in the Met before moving into domes They have had no identity ever since. I’d prefer the ability to play outdoors in winter A Seattle styled Stadium would work for me. Roof over all stands, not much end zone seating. Uncovered field, covered seats and big concourses

RIP Coach. Great coach and I loved the way he handled himself with class. Was outmatched in the 3 SBs he appeared in. Loved his upset of Vikings in NBC Championship game. The first FB game I ever watched beginning to end was the Ice Bowl, where he threw a TD Pass.

My .02: He didn't want to go into OT with Huntley facing Rogers and took his chances. Figured law of averages said it was likely he'd pull off as they missed against Pitt and he was 2 for 6. I feel like they ran the right play vs Pitt and Lamar blew it. Last night, he had a QB with the hot hand and called wrong play. That's why these guys get paid what they do.

Hence my meme earlier which started a little debate here. I agree. No doubt we've been hosed, but a league wide conspiracy I can't buy into. Tough enough for 2 people to keep a secret let alone the # of people that would have to be looped in to make a grand yet secret conspiracy work.

Know nothing about me, my background, likes. dislikes, etc. Discourse is great but generalizations and labels ("People like you", "This is what afflicts the majority of you")...not so much. I respect your passion for making your point as evidenced by your many posts here. However, I've got larger concerns than if the NFL is rigged so I no longer let it make me lose sleep. Peace
