I think the joke thread is over on Off the Wall. But this is a good one!

Josh absolutely needs to be better (I'm going to edit my post) and I've always maintained that. I just think that, throughout their tenures with the Bills, Josh Allen has been a better QB than Brian Daboll has been an OC. And Allen has continually improved/adjusted. But yes ... they both certainly need to better (and smarter).

And what you're saying supports what I've been saying from day 1 ... Brian Daboll needs to be better and Sean McDermott needs to see to it. The Baltimore Ravens' coaching staff made an MVP out of a mediocre at best QB. How? By realizing and utilizing his strengths and surrounding him with the necessary talent. The talent is here. Daboll needs to be better. EDIT: As much as I think Daboll needs to be better, I also believe Josh needs to be better. No more excuses.

Listen here, pothead! I edited my post!!! And my 2.0 version will include you so we can discuss! -
That is fantastic, man. I'm glad you were finally able to open. Gyms were scheduled to re-open up here (Capital District) next Wednesday as we enter Phase 4. However, an 11th hour change came through yesterday and said gyms, malls and movie theaters will NOT be part of Phase 4. Still very much in limbo. I know other small business owners, as well as some furloughed workers ... this has been downright brutal. I'm glad to hear you could make it through and get your doors back open. Cheers!

Songs that wouldn't have been written/recorded in 2020
Gugny replied to Golden Goat's topic in Off the Wall Archives
It's actually about rape. "Have a Cigar" is about getting used and abused by record companies. But "Rape Me" was written by Cobain as an anti-rape song. It was edgy, but powerful. Wasn't a radio hit then, and certainly wouldn't be now. But I think it could be written and recorded today. -
Agreed. If nothing else, the NFL has been consistent with league-wide mandates rules since the beginning of the pandemic. And what's been consistent is that EVERYTHING has been one-size fits all - contrary to what the anonymous NFL source said.

I've never believed that Yoko broke up the Beatles. But I don't think Linda did, either. They ran their course, like many others do.

I think he showcased his talents on a pretty consistent basis, both with the Beatles and with WIngs/solo stuff. Tons of great bass lines, lead vocals and harmonies. Yeah ... he wrote lots of radio-friendly, poppy tunes. But he also wrote some high-quality stuff. He just loved writing hits and those hits are why he's loved across the globe.
