I have broken bones (in a Bills themed splint) and should drop about 15 pounds and cut out some sodium for blood pressure reasons. Cut out alcohol for losing 15 pounds reasons. So probably salad, oatmeal, eggs for a stark change from the six pack, lays sour cream and onion, and buffalo wings of prior years. If the Bills do well with me on the healthy plan I'll obviously have to keep it up I guess.
