  1. I do like that answer as I have the same kind of wife!
  2. I'm not saying this will get settled quickly because of Chris Hayes.... I'm suggesting that this will get settled quickly because the NFL and its teams will want to eliminate focus on anything related to the treatment of women in any aspect of their business in light of everything in the press the last several weeks
  3. Same stuff,... the point was just that this was the first call-out in a national press piece and given that its on the topic of the "treatment of women" by the league/teams, I was suggesting it will likely get settled quickly... that's all
  4. She has control over setting their pay? They should get paid for whatever they're asked to do, especially as its nearly a year-round job. There's a big difference between asking a player (with the option to say no) making millions to be an ambassador to the community and requiring cheerleader that you're paying nothing to. Its also been out there that they had to sell calendars regularly by paying for them up front and then losing out if they couldn't sell them. That's how strippers are treated when they're required to get patrons to "buy them" x number of drinks per hour I was at last week's game and there's more than enough money flowing to pay cheerleaders some reasonable money when they make the squad
  5. You forgot the winky emoticon indicating that your response was "joking".... otherwise WOW!
  6. I would imagine lawsuit by Jills gets settled.... and FAST on.msnbc.com/ZvxJp6
  7. and Pears is 6'-8".... but if we go back to the OP's link analyzing the game, these two are among our bottom 5 players in the grading after the first 2 games
  8. Totally agree! I've been confused by all the Kuondjo at Guard talk as well and for the same reasons... He'll be a back-up T for the forseeable future. An if he develops, then guys in that position end up needing to play and start several games during a typical year. Our back-up T have probably 5 starts per year the last few years on one side or the other...
  9. I would like a clearer explanation of the +/- as well and you're right EJ is a good easy example to provide it on. As I think about it: -- He was 16 / 26. -- 16 completions should be all positive plays.... you might count a completion as negative if he dumped off to a RB who got hit right away for a loss or if he completed a 5 yd pass on 3rd-7, so that might have happened a couple times -- 10 incompletions might be negative plays,... you might change it to positive for the QB if the receiver dropped it or some outstanding defensive play to break up the pass occurred, which did happen on what should have been a long TD pass to Sammy in 1Q -- He was only sacked once -- Not sure how he counts running plays. As long as the snap isn't fumbled, or the hand off and the hand-off is clean without slowing the RB it should be a positive play Seems like EJ should be much higher on the +/-. But generally this analysis is very helpful in understanding the team!
  10. thanks for sharing! Totally awesome. Found myself in the crowd!
  11. ditto w/ me.... haven't been the Ralph since early 2000s, irconically that was also against the Fish. Looking forward to an outstanding day!!
  12. Speaking of QBs with awful days, how about Tony Romo... just brutal. If EJ ever has a day like that I'm sure we'll be calling to cut him instantly and elevate Tuel time for the rest of the year.
  13. Corey Graham... Oh and Bryce Paup, Ted Washington, Chris Speilman, Takeo Spikes and Lawyer Milloy
  14. that the Bill battled the Dolphins for sole possession of first place in the AFC East? Who'd a thunk?
  15. CJ Spiller, run, 1 yard.... 2nd and 9 False Start on the 2nd down.... 2nd & 14 Incomplete pass, broken up to Chandler... 3rd & 14 Complete to Mike Williams for 8 yds.... 4th and 6 PUNT
  16. That doesn't mean anything by itself.... if there was a re-draft of just last year, Nickell Robey would probably be a 3rd round pick
  17. Just suxx... http://www.buffalobi...75-659719cf56e0
  18. I agree with you totally. LA has flamed out a few times now and Toronto has been a bust for the Bills. The only thing that matters is a winning franchise no matter where it is. When the Raiders were successful their logo'd merchandise was the leading selling stuff... now that they suck, they're not even in the top half of the league. BTW, it would be the bitterest irony if the sale of the Clippers becomes a significant factor in driving the price of the Bills up to the point where a local owner couldn't buy them.... we all know the Clippers used to be....
  19. Rounds #2, #5 and #7.... if he hits 1 of 3 then its a success.... 2 of 3 and he can do some serious strutting.... 3 of 3 and this draft will be legendary!
  20. It happened w/ Jerry Hughes last years..... who's this year's version?
  21. Not sure I agree.... if this report is for real and the guy doesn't study film, know how to do it and doesn't have the discipline to understand why its important, that's nearly an unfixable problem, isn't it. I can see talking a flyer on a late round pick who's highly talented and teaching him to learn the game over a few years to see if can learn good habits to go with his skills.... but that's hardly the description for JF. If the stuff in this report is accurate in regard to weekly game prep,.... thats something no coach is going to be able to fix
  22. OROY --- Seantrel Henderson DROY --- Randell Johnson
  23. I just don't understand why it made any sense to do that trade? Really, it essentially said, "we don't feel like picking anyone"
  24. Doesn't next year's 1st plus Steve make the trade-up yesterday even more expensive than next year's 1st plus next year's 4th?
