  1. ^ This. Not to mention drafting CB #1, and wasting our 3rd round pick on that WR that couldn't even break the starting lineup until injuries.
  2. Why not? We've had a .333 starter for 3 years. That's better right?
  3. T.O. had the most impressive work out routine that hasn't helped him with his drops
  4. Lets measure his intangibles by Santeria or Voodoo, where the phony term was invented
  5. " In this country, you gotta make the money first. Then when you get the money, you get the power. Then when you get the power, then you get the correctly spelled t-shirt." - Tony Montana
  6. Skittles Vodka would be the backup RB
  7. But you have to admit, he was WAY funnier than JP Losman and Aaron Maybin in the Naked Gun movies.
  8. Or last year to recall a Harvard man with a noodle arm. We've had the alternative
  9. Considering how thin our WR corps are, I wouldn't mind taking a chance on him for relatively cheap. You know, the WR corps that everyone was saying we had so much depth at before last season.
  10. The greatest football romances: Madden & Brett Favre Joe Lombardi & Drew Brees Colin Cowherd & Tom Brady's butt
  11. This ranks up there on the Who-cares-0'meter with the ever so newsworthy story about Obama confusing Star Trek/ Star Wars jargon. It must have been the slowest sports news day ever.
  12. Lets just run a 4-4 or 4-6 since nobody can figure out who can do what on our current roster
  13. Urlacher couldn't be a downgrade compared to last year. At the very least he could mentor younger defensive players. Or at least that was the justification for Merriman's waste of space. I wouldn't mind James Harrison for the same reason: to instill a killer instinct in our spineless D.
  14. You're right, troll! That clinched it! We can forget the past 50 years of miserly ways because paid radio says so... hypothetically.
  15. I know they're not low cost, but I would kill to have any combination of James Harrison, Brian Urlacher, Karlos Dansby, Victor Butler. Instant LB respect. Well once we figure out if we're 3-4 or 4-3
  16. He finally learned how to jam a receiver at the line of scrimmage?
  17. It doesn't bother me how much he's paid as much as how little he's used. If we commit 4 million US (4.25 million Canadian) to a player, I want to see him at the very least, twice a drive. Trick plays, reverses, wildcat... utilize him. Often.
  18. Exactly. A RB who has confidence doesn't care about losing some of the spotlight. Looks like he is having personal issues that he might need to work through before the season.
  19. I'd ask LeBron if Cleveland would win first
  20. The last person who was mocked for just sayin' was actually typing. Even though they were saying what they were typing aloud. Still, the computer can't hear you, and neither can we. I carry on the tradition. Just typin'.
  21. If someone hasn't already hypothesized it already, I wouldn't mind seeing James Harrison AND Urlacher in our LB corps if only for 1 year to mentor our younger players.
  22. Agreed. Any current players on our team are lucky to be here and no other team would want them, so they're not going anywhere. Lets sign other players who don't know how horrible we are first.
  23. What an update! I had no idea we had holes in our roster. And our first game is only 6 months away. I sure hope there's a draft or more free agency before then.
  24. It's a tie between the tuck call and the Green Bay/Seattle Monday night game as the worst officiating ever
