    The addition of an all-star defense would still leave us minus a competent QB. I don't want a QB that "has a great game" and we lose. I want a QB that wants to OUTSCORE the opponent. Or even better, a QB that wants to break records. I would love to be a fan of the team who doesn't let their foot off the gas and fake punts in the 4th qtr with a 21 point lead for a change.

    I would have traded my firstborn for either Luck or Griffin. But Chan and the FO had to ride Fitz all year for no reason even though we traded for another QB. Makes sense? Not in the least. I pray that was meddling RW's decision and not the current decision makers we'll have to live with

    They key factor being a Peyton Manning heir of a QB. Just goes to show what every Fitz apologist denies: all you really need is a good QB to win in the NFL. Luck on our roster would net 10 wins too.

    I feel an Aaron Schobel-like yearly foot thread just like the old days. That fast first step is the first to go.

    Much like Tony Romo, Phillip Rivers gets a pass because of his stats are usually good. I feel the same about both because both choke when you need them the most. That fumbled snap/game giveaway against KC that one MNF let me close the book on him.
