  1. yep... i think in Bradfords only game last year he threw for over 300 yards & 3 td's... but then he got injured. If he did join the Bills he'd be the best qb here since Bledsoe. Bradford, Bledsoe, both qb's names start with B. We're the Buffalo Bills... 2 more B's. Coincidence? SuperBowl BB!
  2. arrghh.. guess that means we're getting Bradford... i wouldve rather we got Keenum but hey if Bradfords knee holds up it could be good
  3. The days of the LT being way more important than RT are over. With how often the defensive line rotates & DE's switch sides, the RT spot is just as important as LT. I dont know how important it is to a tackles mindset that theyre LT or RT. But I too would rather we keep Glenn at this point if he's healthy. Especially with us bringing in 1 or 2 new qb's this year. Giving them every chance at success is key. We've paid the price of not having Glenn healthy the past couple years. Hopefully his injury issues have been fixed & he'll be ready to go
  4. screw Brock Osweiler... no way is he being thought of coming here. Over the past 3 years he has regressed. At least with keenum his play has gotten better. True you can make the argument that he had a good supporting cast, but you still cant take away from the fact that he's been maturing as a qb. Just look at his stats:
  5. If the choice is between Bradford, McCarron, Bridgewater or Keenum i'd take Keenum. Reason being is i followed him while he played at Houston & dude lit it up in college & seems to have grown in confidence as the years have gone by. He just seems to me to have the least risk associated with him. No real injury concerns & is a good character guy... shouldnt break the bank either.
  6. I'd be okay with jackson as long as we dont move up to get him. If he's there at 21 or 22 than hey i'll take it. But i'd really prefer to see Baker Mayfield. I just like his attitude & his accuracy numbers have gone up every year ive seen. Not to mention dude has a cannon for an arm. His velocity is good which in the cold & windy weather here in Buffalo will be really important for cutting thru the wind. But if we get Jackson, putting him with Daboll & running the system he's familiar with, i'll still be happy with it. I mean with drafting only what is it, 3 qb's in the 1st round in the past 20 years, i'll take anything at this point. I really wanted Mahomes or Watson last year & wish we wouldve gotten our qb then, but now is the time... No more kicking the can down the road. I say draft a qb every 1st round til we get our guy... enough is enough..
  7. A post last night showed what the velocity numbers were for the qb's that threw at the combine. Jackson had one of the worst (slowest) velocity on his throws. Combine that with his accuracy stats from college, along with his combine performance & i think thats why people are critical of Jackson. I dont see how it can be race when alot of people are saying Barkley should be #1 off the board. He's black... excuse me (african american), people arent racist where he's concerned. This Bleacher Report article just screams of sensationalism for click bait. It's a shame they went the race card route just for clicks. But hey i guess it worked since we're actually talking about it.
  8. well according to Cushings Instagram, he just retired from the NFL... so u can scratch him off the list
  9. i cant wait for free agency to start and this draft to get here. I know every offseason is like this but after making the playoffs last year, hopes are high... should be exciting to see what moves we make!
  10. I've said it before & i'll say it again. For this system a CB like Gaines can easily be replaced. If the contract would be 4-5 mil a year, im all in, but I surely wouldnt want to see the Bills invest 9 mil a year on a player who historically misses 5-6 games a season. I see us replacing him via free agency while drafting another cb in the middle of the draft. We have too many other needs & issues to resolve than overpaying for an oft injured system cornerback
  11. thanks for posting this. I read the original article posted & it was quite informative. Gives me hope that Daboll could be a great hire & a step in the right direction. With a simplified & more diverse system, along with a solid draft & offseason acquisitions, I don't think i've ever been more excited for the future as I am right now. GO BILLS!
  12. Gaines is great.... when healthy. But it'd be hard to digest paying elite money for another player just to have him miss half the season due to injuries. Those are the types of players that are dead weight to your football team. Watkins, Dareus, Glenn. We got rid of 2 of those guys, i really wouldn't want to add another. Unless Gaines is willing to sign for less than I'd rather we draft a CB next year. I trust MCD & Beane to find a good one since they have good insight into that position.
  13. I'd be ecstatic because Tyrod normally doesn't do that. Football is a team game & everyone in their own right is responsible for them making the playoffs. But lets be real, we backed into the playoffs big time with a whole lot of luck from the Bengals. Did we make the playoffs because of Tyrod or in spite of him? Idk, i'd say the latter. But for him to throw 250 against JAX? It'd be amazing, because Tyrod has only thrown for 200 yards 7 out of 16 games this season. 8 games this season he threw less than 183 yards. Twice under 100 yards. 3 years later, countless threads on the guy, 1000's of stats & observations, a bunch of coordinators etc... We made the playoffs & i cant believe it... but only way Tyrod stays next season is if he leads us to the Super Bowl & we win. It'd be great... but i dont see that happening
  14. I can't stand that train whistle. Whenever i watch the game with friends/family we're all complaining about it. It's almost on the verge of embarrassment at this point & it does nothing to pump me or anyone else up. We're the Buffalo Bills, so maybe how about playing a clip of buffaloes rumbling, charging & stomping? Idk what the answer is, but i even thought about starting a petition to remove it, because its like nails on a chalkboard for me at this point.
  15. A few posters asked for the instagram for the All 22 for this week. I'm not sure if this is the 'official' one, but on this instagram there are alot of slow motion video captures of key plays during last weeks game. Here it is for all of those that asked for it: https://www.instagram.com/thebuffalofanatics/
  16. The play calling was a bit vanilla, especially in the 2nd half, but i dont think that was because they were trying to hide their playbook from future teams. I think its more about trying to keep it simple for the 1st week, given all the changes we've had since last year. A whole new secondary, a whole new receiving corps. I think if they would've tried to open things up more & get 'creative', perhaps there would be missed assignments or penalties. I think starting things off slow & steady was the right move. Give the guys confidence & get the win. Overall nothing too crazy to get excited about this week, but a wins a win & like Mickey D said in the press conference: 'We're building for the future"
  17. Just saw this on nfl.com, looks like Maclin left Baltimore without a deal... theres still hope! http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000814048/article/jeremy-maclin-leaves-baltimore-ravens-without-deal
  18. I havent seen this posted yet but on NFL.com there is a video of Lesean McCoy saying he's been trying to recruit Maclin & that we "shouldnt be surprised if he ends up in Buffalo.". Here's the link to the interview if anyone is interested in seeing it: http://www.nfl.com/videos/buffalo-bills/0ap3000000813061/Maclin-to-Bills-Shady-says-Don-t-be-surprised
  19. Dieter Brock once thru a pass 93 yards in the air up in Calgary in the CFL. Heres an article that talks about him: https://www.si.com/vault/1985/08/19/622543/a-rifle-wrapped-in-an-enigma
  20. True, i suppose one could say that they exist as long as people want to watch them, regardless of the reason. The reason why people in Buffalo have been searching for sites like this lately is because the games have been blacked out here. While the reason you stated is true for viewership abroad, so is the blackout reason for us locals. On its own, the NFL should change their blackout policy because it isnt fair for teams like buffalo that will have 60,000 fans in the stands and yet the game is not on tv. So back to my point, the NFL could take care of 2 issues at once, just by changing their policy. Us locals could watch the game on tv and they would have 10-30% less viewers online supporting pirated or relayed broadcasts, seems like a win win
  21. My point about the blackout is that if the NFL changed their blackout policy for cities such as Buffalo, they wouldnt have to worry about people streaming the games because most people would be watching the game on TV instead. The NFL would then retain their viewership numbers, if not actually increasing them, and these sites would be less of an issue for them because we'd be watching the game on TV. But it would be absurd to think that the NFL would sign off on sites like this. If anything they would and have been coming after people that relay the games on the internet. I say that if the NFL changed their blackout policy, you wouldnt give people a reason to relay the games, they'd be on tv in the first place
  22. i suppose one has to define ReBroadcast. Because what these sites do is post links to people like you or me who Relay the broadcast. The NFL still wont like it, but the person who relays the broadcast isnt making any money off of it. Perhaps the sites that post the links do with website traffic and advertisments. The NFL really should just reform their blackout policy and they'll take the high road and take care of both these issues at one shot.
  23. LoyalToTheEnd, on 14 November 2010 - 04:16 PM, said: the hiwarez link is working again SWEET! What an awesome game today, we might actually win! Thank god i started Fred Jackson in my fantasy league this week... the guy is MONEY : )
  24. After the websites went down, i found a working stream from that myp2p site that i posted. However you'll need a program to view the game called StreamTorrent. You can download the program here: http://www.softpedia.com/get/Internet/File-Sharing/Stream-Torrent.shtml Once installed, look at the names of the different channels out there. The name of the channel is VP23, hit play, wait a minute or two and now you have the Bills game.
  25. For $29.95 you can get time warners internet with speeds of 25 megs down, 2 up. I use to work for Time Warner and imo, their internet blows verizon out of the water, based on cost, speeds and performance. Verizon's internet is running over antiquated phone lines, they dont have the whole area wired for FIOS yet, so even if they sell you FIOS service, it doesnt necessarily mean ur getting the TOP TIER FIOS speeds. Time Warners internet is so fast for me, that i watch most of my tv thru my internet. HD movies and TV over the net, screw watching it from a box that costs you $70 to $100 a month. I'd go with time warner and if u dont like it, just drop em. But watching these streams is just like TV, no choppiness or lag whatsover
