  1. I'm hopeful they have gained focus as well.
  2. Don't have to recruit in the NFL which I feel like is something Harbaugh would hate.. and the NFL in the pinnacle of the sport.
  3. Man, Jimmy G manages to make a decent pass and Kittle with an awful drop
  4. someone should have told them that Tannehill was an opposing fan.
  5. I'd be curious what level of interviews all the people going back and forth in here have actually been a part of.. Every interview I've gone to has been a joke. I generally already had the job before I ever stepped in the door. I've never been part of an interview that's on the level of a CEO/Coach/GM/etc, but I imagine most of the stuff that takes real time is done before/after the interview itself. On the other side of it now and I think interviews are worthless. There's nothing happening in an hour or so that's going to reveal deep secrets about the person. The only impact I've ever seen in an interview still pisses me off because 3 of us were interviewing an potential employee. She knocked the pre-interview stuff we sent her out of the park. In the interview, all 3 of us though she was great, but she swore at one point and the other two idiots voted her down for that because she'd talk to customers. That said, I think it's stupid and the NFL needs to mandate that all coaching interviews are on hold until after the superbowl. Make every team wait until afterwards even for guys who aren't in the playoffs. Say December 1st until Superbowl is a moratorium on coaching interviews so teams don't have to try to assemble a staff after everyone else has hired because their guy was in the Superbowl.
  6. He could very well be dead before Allen's contract is up.
  7. It made little sense to get rid of Culley. That roster still needs another year and they have to sort out the Watson situation before it's not dumpster fire status. It feels like they're trying to rush there and while I generally think any rebuild longer than 3 years is failed.. that organization kinda need to accept that this season and likely next season are complete and utter throwaways because of the ditch they dug themselves.
  8. The way they structured his contract, I thought from year 1 he'd likely be gone unless he vastly outperformed his deal. If he stays, they'll need to redo it and probably extend him. This season's beasely won't on the field wouldn't likely convince them to keep him disregarding any off the field stuff. I'd like to see McKenzie back, but I think he's swing himself a decent deal they may not match. Davis seems like the "successor" to #2 (sanders). I think they bring another mid-tier vet to replace experience of Sanders/Beasely. I'd be comfortable with Diggs/Davis/Mckenzie as 1/2/3 and a mid-tier vet to compete with the younger guys for 4/5/6/Returner
  9. Congratulations to Schoen. Sucks to lose him. I have faith Beane will be able to replace him.
  10. I hope so. I mean 13 targets for Davis who just so happened to be close to a bonus for receptions seems awfully suspect, but it's not like they were clicking in Atlanta either. I'm not saying I think the offense is gonna go back to it's "off-kilter" version, but I think people are too quick to dismiss that the Bills offense had a lot of issues this season. The Chiefs are no joke and writing them off in a game that's an obvious extreme just seems.. to ignore a lot of things.
  11. You messed up. Read what you wrote and try again.
  12. Did people miss the Jets game where the offense struggled against the worst defense in the league for much of the game?
  13. I said national narrative. It's gonna take more than 1 person listening to him to get this national.
  14. Can we get the media talking about how he can't win the big one? Please? Call! Write-in! Whatever you need to do to make this a national narrative!
  15. I'd say he's basically unmovable at this point and Belichick is not touching that with Stevie's hands. He wants to win next year and Mac Jones being on the field does more for that than trading away picks to not have Watson on the field.
  16. No, they'll play the role of the Bills to the 00s and 10s Patriots..
  17. Glad it's got it's own thread now I guess
  18. I am enjoying the: "That Bills team is trash is without Josh Allen" "This Buffalo team is WFT without Allen."
  19. I've been perusing around the web. Like everyone loved watching the Patriots get ******. It's a true NFL Kumbaya moment
  20. Bengals: oh, man, first playoff win in 31 years! People gonna be talking about us all... oh, ***** it. Could you have given us just few hours, Bills?
  21. to be fair, he collected a certain item off the field and it's tough to talk without drooling with one of those in your mouth
  22. my GF yelled out, "Josh Allen" and I finished
  23. They found the right mix of players, but they're doing different things schematically as well. After that game where McDermott complained about the running game.. they changed up the style they play and it's been much better.
  24. Yea, the Bills go to KC when they get done with their walkthrough
