There's been something off about this team all year. They've seemed distracted especially compared to last season. I'm hoping that the playoffs have them focused again because they can play like this when they are..

How much more open do you want them to be then to be available cheap? Why haven't these real fans scooped them up?

Isiah Wynn is their worst lineman by far. He's given up as many sacks as the rest of their lineman combined.

Belichick picks assistants who are good at their jobs. Not ones he thinks will make good HCs... and he's very good at knowing who is very good at a specific job.

He would be my biggest concern currently. It's his job to use what we have effectively and while I think there are execution problems with players, too often this season, I've seen games where players don't seem to be in positions to succeed

All the non-football things aside, I don't think this is a tough business decision. Maybe a tough personal one for the front office/coaching staff/players who are friends with him..

I believe Diggs and Davis both had performance bonuses that were in reach. McKenzie is known to run his mouth quite a bit... on the field. The Bills players talk about it a lot, but he does it in an endearing manner that makes the guys like him.

If he helps us win a Superbowl, great, but do you expect him to contribute to the team in the same way next season? He's lost a step and is a huge distraction breaking an agreement that all of the Bills players made and Cole decided that he didn't need to abide by it. IF this occurred and it's not the normal level of 'frustrated player' that occurs during the game, then that's a huge distraction / unacceptable actions right before the playoffs .

I'd hate to see him go, but he deserves another shot. I hope we suggested Daboll to them. He is a super amazing offensive mind and I think he should be coaching Fields.

I didn't expect Beasely to be back with the team next year the moment he signed his contract. It seems clear it was designed to be able to cut him this offseason. After this season, I can't wait for it to happen.

I've also felt that the Bills seem to have more success early and late.. at the start when they're running the gameplan they developed for the team and then late when they just end up turning it over to Josh. Those middle parts of the game where I'd expect Daboll is calling plays based on feel seem to be pretty brutal. All that said, they forced the ball to Davis and he dropped it like 74 times on some really catchable balls in this last game. Again though... that clearly wasn't working.. why are you going back to that well? They've seemed to have a problem with this 'forcing' things that aren't working. It's felt like some arrogance of "Well, we're not good at this, but we're gonna keep trying it because we need to be better at it and you guys can be our practice team!" then it if it's game they're in trouble, they go back to what they're good at.. and too many times this season, it's been too late.

Daboll is an innovative NFL mind and it's overdue for him to get a HC job. What he's done to offense for the NFL should guarantee him a head coaching job this offseason. Tell your friends, especially if they own an NFL team that needs a HC.

The Jets organization is committed to Wilson. They'll look to surround him with talent. They'd also have to trade for Watson.

If only there was a way they could get the same experience on game days..

Too many players on this offense were reading their press clippings and getting into twitter fights this offseason and it shows.
