  1. 2nd week in a row OL having issues with a quality DL
  2. lets do it. quick passes, play action, TD time!
  3. exactly. more quick passes. the OL is sucking so Allen will need to adapt.
  4. he looks awful today. why not throwing to open Wr’s? Nice passes to tight windows but not seeing open guys and staring down routes. Also help of thr OL could block a good DL.
  5. Not sure. I'm sure they would likely get you counseling or Valium today to deal with it.
  6. The Pats*** and Brady do not "appear" to get favoritism from the Refs. They get it. Look at the video of Brady running into the Jets defender, then throwing himself on the ground, or any other number of examples. Also, his OL holds every play, and rarely gets called.
  7. no, we are never respected. Have to keep that chip on our shoulder like the Pats******* do.
  8. and go to Duff's for wings! BTW: anyone have a fav place for Beef on Weck?
  9. yeah 16 should be sufficient. I think changing the channel as you indicated seems to refresh it. I have no idea why that works, but it does.
  10. at least the Steelers are trying to win. I think the Steelers destroy the Dolphins, who will go 0-16. should start flexing MNF, or designating the 1/2 half of MNF games after the first 5 games or so.
  11. I'd do a 4th, and make it a 3rd if he stays healthy. Also extend him. Then you have AJ, Brown, Beasley, and 2020 draft pick. When AJ retires in 4+ years, you still have a decent WR corp. Oh, and we still have Foster who could go in this year on 4 wide. Good luck defenses.
  12. Steelers could be an option depending on how Rudolph plays this week. I also like the idea of Rodgers backup. Also Saints an option?
  13. I had this issues in the past. My trick is to switch to another game, then back to the Bills. I have no idea why this works. Also, 7 mpbs down is really really slow. (are you sure that's not the up speed?). I think you want at least like 15.
  14. I like the idea of talking to Yeldon. The Bills at least have to look into it. It gives us a near pro-bowl caliber player at EVERY position in the secondary. That said, if the due diligence turns up that he is a pain in the a**, and won't play zone (as oppossed to not wanting to play it for blow-hard st. doug), then that's a no. Also, I wouldn't part with a 1st for him. Here is a list of UFA Cb's next year: https://www.spotrac.com/nfl/free-agents/ufa/cornerback/ (not sure if there are many good ones on the list). There might be other CB's up for sale near the trade deadline that will be a better fit for the culture. Now, I'm in the do the due diligence camp, but I don't envision a positive report coming from that, or the trade price being okay (I'd do no more than a 3rd).
  15. you were able to stream on a flight?? What airline?
  16. I'd almost move Watson into Elite (given his weak OL and continued production); and put Baker in Tier 3. Baker has another bad game tonight, and I'm moving JA and Lamar ahead of him.
  17. Browns. Still need to start clearing the AFC East.
  18. Rudolph may become a starter. Will be interesting to see. I've been impressed with the positive changes to Jackson and Allen this year in terms of throwing ability.
  19. Wow. The continual mistreatment of assistants is astonishing. He also never cared for the outside of his house in PGH, no surprise he killed his fish. https://pittsburgh.cbslocal.com/2019/05/24/antonio-brown-overgrown-grass/ https://www.post-gazette.com/sports/steelers/2019/06/13/antonio-brown-grass-lawn-pittsburgh-house-pine-gibsonia/stories/201906130064 bet the grass cutters never got paid.
  20. I'd get Blount and Murphy. Murphy is better at replicating Singletary's speed. Blount and Gore can wear teams out once we have a lead. Yeldon, I'll be interested to see him play. Haven't seen much of him to be honest.
  21. I bet he comes back next year, but the issue will be if Rudolph plays well, what happens then? Terrible way to end a career. With Mason in, add McDonald to your fantasy teams if you need a TE.
  22. this. They have a lot more offensive talent than the Giants. We can't sell-out to stop the run. The Giants had a TE as their WR#1 last week, generally a recipe for disaster. The bengals have 2 legit WR's, one TE, and a good RB. We can stop them. I think the key is pressure on Dalton. We get up by 14 or so I'll feel better, but we did that last week and let the Giants back in it. Need to play all 60 min this week.
  23. he's out of the boot and running on a treadmill now. I think I saw 1-3 weeks out, but not back for this game. Ross III is good. The offense is decently balanced (on paper), but whatever San Fran did to them we need to replicate. Hopefully the DL can force Dalton into some bad throws.
