I agree that the rest are winnable. But except for the Titans and maybe the Jets I do not feel confident in any games. And I would not be surprised at all if this Sunday is another blowout Bills loss. As I posted last week, if the Bills D line does not show up expect career games from Smith and Kolb. Smith got his (and even sat half of the 4th), now we wait and see if Kolb gets his.

Forever ... or at least as long as the Bills are in Buffalo. The Bills franchise has been around for more than 50 years and have sucked the vast majority of that time. They expect, and will get, significant support just as long as fans have hope at the start of the season like they did this year. My kids even take it in stride now. They are still fans and wear their Bills stuff to school during the season. But yesterday for example, they were expecting a loss and were disappointed in the extreme with the performance. They were over it shortly after the clock mercifully ran out in the 4th. It might be easier for them however than those of us that saw the early 90's. In their entire lives they have never seen a good Bills team.

The Bills were only in it early because of some big pass plays by SF that got called back on stupid penalties. Leodis has a nice punt return called back early as well, but SF had considerably more. So the "hanging in there" was largely an illusion. Not watching it is the right call.

Really? I thought they announced the titans game was sold out several weeks ago. I just checked, there are 10 together in section 132 and single seats in 7 other sections. Basically a sell out already.

Even when the team was good in the 90's December games didn't always sell out. Open-air-stadium + Buffalo-winter = no-sell-out But yeah, when the team sucks butt like now it makes it impossible. December will be blackout month in the Buffalo market if this continues, which maybe isn't a bad thing this year.

I thought the punter had a good game, and is now also holding for Lindell. But why the F is T-Jack not at least dressing at this point. I'd dress him and if Fitz is ... well ... Fitz the first half of the game put T-Jack in. Maybe a wakeup call is in order.for the O as well as the D.

Of course firing him is also predicated upon finding someone else, hopefully better, that will take the job. That situation is what brought Gailey to Buffalo in the first place if you remember.

The titans at home should be winnable. Or at the very least not a blowout loss. If it is a bad loss then the season really is over.

All he has to do in my opinion is to have a reasonable showing late in the season. If he manages to pull out another 6-10 I suspect he will be the head coach next season.

Doing something after the Jets game would have been a knee jerk. Doing something after ridiculous showings against both the Jets and the Pats* is not. I'm not talking about firing Stache or Gailey necessarily, you can't do that without having someone else lined up. But an ancillary to your first sentence might be "You don't react in this business and you lose". As to the talent level, I agree that on paper this team is more talented. But so far the teams in the ChaNix era have yet to reach the records of the previous regime that people could not wait to run out of town. Some reaction is warranted. Maybe this GR interview was it.

I watched most of the first half but got sad that I didn't think the Bills could beat either team so I turned it off. If something dramatic doesn't happen to the Bills D both QBs that played last night are going to enjoy career games..

It does not matter at all where he is during the game if the team is not prepared for the game and the coach is not prepared to make adjustments.

Take another look. KW hit Brady in the knees. Look, I don't like Marcia any more than you do. But facts are facts and no amount of homerism can change the fact that you cannot hit any QB in the pocket in the knees. Period. If KW didn't understand that before I suspect he does now.
