  1. They are actually staying out west for the week.
  2. I think you underestimate Miami a little. They gave AZ all they could handle Sunday and Tannehill seems to be improving weekly.
  3. Law of Averages: Belief that an event is "due" to happen: For example, "The roulette wheel has landed on red in three consecutive spins. The law of averages says it's due to land on black!" Of course, the wheel has no memory and its probabilities do not change according to past results. So even if the wheel has landed on red in ten consecutive spins the probability that the next spin will be black is still 50%. Similarly, there is no statistical basis for the belief that a losing sports team is due to win a game or that lottery numbers which haven't appeared recently are due to appear soon. This sort of belief is called the gamblers fallacy.
  4. Thanks. I think this place needed a dose of "17 and 2 baby!!!!! ".
  5. Winner, and probably true.
  6. http://www.ninersnation.com/2012/10/1/3436770/49ers-vs-jets-injury-report-brandon-jacobs-isaac-sopoaga
  7. Fred: 13 attempts, 29 yards and 3 receptions for 50 yards which isn't bad. CJ: 8 attempts, 33 yards and 2 receptions for 5 yards. Should not have been out there and the Bills are very lucky they didn't lose one or both of them for the season.
  8. NFLShop.com seems to have Gilmore. http://www.nflshop.com/product/index.jsp?productId=12947417
  9. I could not disagree more. Choice is far far better than either Spiller or FredEx was on Sunday. Gailey showed just how desperate he was by playing them Sunday and just how unwilling to acknowledge his mistake but using Choice once it was evident that both Spiller and Jackson were too injured to be effective.
  10. Ouch. Even worse than I thought.
  11. I sure hope you aren't a gambling man.
  12. "Can I call you for coaching advice?" "They still have to pay me, even after that game, right?"
  13. I cannot point to one single thing in his entire career that makes me think he is a fantastic OC,
  14. Not to worry. If by some chance the Bills beat SF Sunday then this bipolar board will be with you again
  15. Don't worry, you still play the Bills twice
  16. Actually the ChaNix regime is still striving for mediocrity. They haven't achieved it yet.
  17. He hasn't even dressed for a game yet.
  18. That's what I'm saying! A couple months ago Nix was a genius for signing them both. 4 games later, not so much.
  19. That also makes no sense. Stache gets kicked to the curb long before Gailey if things keep going as they are.
  20. F U Bit¢he$. Anyones guess as to who he was referring to.
  21. Chan Gailey for sure. He has 3 built in excuses: 1) Nix agreed with and approved Stache. 2) Nix agreed that Fitz was worth the big contract and was "the man". That alone should get them both fired in my opinion, but I digress. 3) Nix did almost nothing this offseason to bolster the offense. Nix can't fire Gailey without looking inept himself, therefore Gailey stays and Stache becomes the sacrificial lamb if the season continues on it's current path.
  22. That doesn't even make any sense. Stache did nothing different than he did the first 3 games ... come in with a game plan and not alter it at all. Saying he sucks is one thing, and so far anyway is correct. But crooked is something else altogether and unwarranted.
  23. I hope he works out as well as I'm sure all Bills fans do. I agree with you that AFCE games are far too important for him to be M.I.A. and it is extremely disheartening. I don't buy the time to mesh excuse either for DL. But unless some team is willing to give up someone of his potential in a trade I can't see any other course than letting him play and hope he works out of it.
  24. So you are declaring the Mario signing as wrong after 4 games and that is a sign of being open minded? I'd call it reactionary. Yawn. Based on the evidence Nix had at the time, trying to sign Mario WAS the right thing to do. It may or may not work out, it is too soon to tell. Mario has certainly contributed next to nothing so far to be sure. But a bad signing stance this early, to me anyway, is a fan knee jerk response. Not a sign of being open minded. YMMV.
