  1. How would you have felt if he had wrecked his shoulder doing that? There are things you want your [hopefully] franchise QB to do, and things you do not. Two things in the NOT category are the player hurdling he did at the beginning of the season, and making that tackle in a meaningless game that for all practical purposes had already been decided by that point. He has learned to slide and hasn't hurdled anyone lately. He is a charged up rookie that has learned this season, but has some more learning to do.
  2. I don't really care .... except for not the pats.
  3. It didn't make it to the LOS I believe, so yeah deserved. I like his tenacity about not losing yards, but he scared me a lot this year with the bad decisions like that IG yesterday and the jump balls in the middle of the field. Sometimes, the wise move is to take the sack. I attribute most if not all of his bonehead plays to being a rookie. I expect far less boneheaded plays next season and beyond.
  4. Why would the fins make a decision based on a meaningless game. Fired or not, that decision was made before today.
  5. Couldn't possibly care less. No significant injuries. Rest the old man Shady. Nice weather for those attending. Last time this season watching a commercial free game over pizza with the family, which is sad.
  6. That's pretty minimal. I'd say with 3 OL, 1 WR, and 1 RB along with as you said, Foster and particularly Allen very much improved they can be very competitive. The good news is that even through the draft OL and RB can compete at the NFL level immediately. Even the right WR has a good shot.
  7. Hmmm. I remember an awful lot of 10-6 and legit playoffs posts. A lot more than 6-10. With the 6-10 posters getting labeled negative nancy's etc.
  8. Sadly, draft position is not a guarantee of success. It is possible that he grows into it. He has the size, arm strength, and seemingly the work ethic. Like I said, we'll see.
  9. I don't see a franchise QB. Not yet anyway, we'll see.
  10. I think that happening last year was a bad thing for the Bills staff. Lucking into that last year set higher than reasonable expectations for this season.
  11. With each new coach the clock restarts and what happened before, no matter how long and futile, doesn't matter. It's all unicorns and rainbows until the next coach. Then rinse and repeat.
  12. That's probably the saddest thing. Brady had a very bad game. Gronk had a nightmare game. Edelman had a bad game. And yet they won in relative ease. Erase the garbage time TD by the Bills and that was the actual game. The Bills and Allen have a very long way to go.
  13. Sucked out with that garbage time TD huh, nice
  14. Attendance: 59,110. Not bad for December and no playoffs.
  15. I wonder what happened that game. The lions team yesterday had a whole lotta nuthin going on.
  16. I suspect the lions were not rushing 100% in an effort to contain Josh. His running ability is going to get in a lot of DC's heads.
  17. Big game? They put on whatever they think will generate the highest ratings.
  18. No talk I see of signing anyone else, just finishing the season with practice squad guys. That fits in to what you are asking for.
  19. You seriously think the Bills go to NE and win? Particularly after they just got embarrassed by the fish and need to win out to have a shot at home field advantage in the playoffs? That wouldn't surprise you? Come on, man.
  20. He is a kid and wants to win very badly. He can learn that.
  21. Allens running is exciting for fans, and will win you a few games assuming he doesn't get hurt. But the accurate passer with good touch is what you want on your team.
  22. Refs for this weeks Bills game are..... gong to be accused of being biased against the Bills and/or being incompetent.
  23. Homer it up baby. No reason not to have some fun with it
