  1. advantageous for south central NC - CLT and RDU are within 90-120 minutes. Asheville is really, really suffering right now. Other smaller towns have capitalized on the visitors and people just go to Nashville now if they want to get out.
  2. we're full if Pinehurst is a target, go outside of it. Sanford is growing now and will grow even more as the area grows up. Laurinburg is also nice, a little more rural than Stanford. Both are a little more affordable than Pinehurst.

  4. This one has me stumped entirely. I looked and even couldn't find one on pro football database & other resources... I want to see someone pull this answer out of their hat
  5. I do believe this game can give us an idea about Baltimore. I don't see the cowboys routing the Giants.
  6. He was on Sirius NFL radio He had no idea he was tied for the record of targets / catches. They asked how many catches he had in the playoffs, because they counted 30 targets and catches. Didn't have a drop in the playoffs It was all news to him.

  14. We have a long way to go until Monday Sunday night football. I figured lets have some fun. The poster above you will list a school - your job will be to name a Bills player (former or current) from that school. It may be by memory (if possible) or research (if critically needed). We shall start with Memphis. Name a current or former Bills player from Memphis. When you name that player give another school for the next poster to follow up with in a reply who will in turn provide the next school
  15. I keep seeing how "experts" pick the Ravens to win. Experts on Jacksons nuts: Seriously, I don't get the prediction that the Ravens are that successful when comparing to the Bills. Unless you take every narrative of the off-season in regard to only the Bills I just can't see it. Both teams are similar: a QB who carries the team, good OL's, a dime bag assortment of WR's, a couple of good TE's, and RBs who are special. On defense you have the legacy of what Baltimore once had vs the Buffalo backup squad. It comes down to offense and who can move the ball down field. Let's say both offenses are firing on all cylinders - then passing becomes critical. Id take Allen over Jackson all day in a shootout. Part of me is ready to say Buffalo by 9.5 or more. We have an underrated defense. That's the difference I see.
  16. i think Beck brought it up - but i don't know about that. i really don't follow the social lives of these guys that much
  17. digging all of these i told you so posts has been fun this one is the best.
  18. i will forever appreciate Motor. more than most because i defended him so many times from the Zach Moss fan club. Both of whom have had solid careers but Singleterry has been outperforming him. I was laughed at saying he would have an 8+ year career because of his work ethic solid approach.
  19. Messed with the stats yesterday. Removed the 16 big plays and the yardage. I was rushing it but beyond those they still were between 21 and 25 in yards given up on passing. Big safety hidden dimel. Maybe not immediately but I expect when Bishop is back to play a 2 high hidden dime with the extra safety moving to MLB
  20. we haev shown the ability to shut down jackson and henry. i am not fearing baltimore at all. houston will be a different monster. many moving pieces will good talent in multiple places. mixon being banged up is important. hopefully he gets worse because he is a woman beater.
  21. Jackson isn't that guy and wired to want to prove it like that. he always carries that chip and isn't capable of getting up or down. he's flat and consistent but an excellent football player who plays QB well. Josh, on the other hand, can light the world on fire when dialed in to elevate the entire team.
  22. Haven't seen enough of NO. Will have to watch. I know Tamara is having a resurgence. I think he's talented AF but also very specific to a scheme much like I think Barkley is... Being under center is definitely an issue for all of the dancing and movement pre snap. I think on the Bills sake there is still some opportunities there since Josh does very well to very good under center. Id like to see that mixed in against the ravens specifically to really disguise the PA and our intent. Under center with a defense ready for play action he can still do a QB sweep, RPO or just hit the gap beside the center for a run. If Josh under center can do 3 step drops and pull the trigger with our line playing strong it would be something. He has had ample time and this would and should make teams respect that he can be a short drop, quick read gunslinger efficiently.
