  1. i picked the bills to lose for financial gain.
  2. it's over...... for me, making the playoffs is the only measure of success.....and that ain't happening.
  3. Mario's deal is essentially a 3 year $50 million dollar deal. after that he could be cut if underperforming. that signing was critical in changing the "culture" of this team. next up is a franchise QB

  5. It's a tough game for tough people.......but your skin is soft like your team.
  6. he's on page 3 of 400 in the playbook.
  7. CHAN.......next question....
  8. Jets need to go all-in with Tim Tebow: Tebow Time is now. Again. Enough of the New York Jets trying to figure out what position Tim Tebow can best help their team. Here's the answer: Make him your starting quarterback, effective immediately. http://aol.sportingnews.com/nfl/story/2012-10-01/tim-tebow-jets-qb-rex-ryan-mark-sanchez-ny-week-5-quarterback
  9. changing a QB's "mechanics" usually results in a short term step back. when you've been throwing the ball whatever is your natural way for 10 years....it's hard to change. i almost think its a complete waste of time. by the time you master a new throwing motion you'll be out of a job. your probably better off going back and analyzing all your interceptions and stop calling a cetain play that is a high frequency. having said that, Fitzpicksix just throws a lousy deep ball....that is NEVER going to change....he is a quick release underneath guy.
  10. Wade Phillips who is a defensive genius, moved Mario to the OLB position for a reason.... Wanny abandoned stopping the run by playing Scott at LB. they were gaining most of their yards on the ground between the tackles.....where were the LB's ?? our LB's as a group suck...ALL of them !! as a defensive philosophy you have to pick you poison.....i would rather commit to stopping the run and pressuring the QB with 5 guys coming (4 D-lineman and Mario as OLB).....and then take my chances letting them beat us through the air, hopefully with less time to throw than the usual pressure our current 4 guys are getting. you just cant give top QB's more than 3 seconds to throw.
  11. 21 predict a loss..... 1 predicts a win (JuanGuzman)
  12. Countdown to Tebow Time..... Sunday, Oct 14th vs Indy
  13. fitz throws a horrible deep ball..... amongst many passes that are thrown behind the wr's...... there was one play where stevie was WIDE OPEN by +10 yards down the sidelines....and fitz throws it out of bounds......another where stevie was going down the middle, had a step or two on the db....and fitz under threw it, resulting in an interception (stevie could have come back to the ball better, but a horrible throw).

  15. move Mario to OLB , switch him side to side and let him rush from there. we need to pressure the QB.
  16. Fitzpicksix is not good enough. the single greatest impact to improve this team is to upgrade and get a franchise QB.
  17. Winslow wanted more playing time.... On Friday, coach Bill Belichick told the media during a press conference that Winslow was cut for “personal reasons.” “Yesterday I had a discussion with Kellen and at the end of that discussion, we talked about several different things, at the end of that discussion, I felt that it was best that we release Kellen for personal reasons so that’s what we did,” Belichick said in comments distributed by the team. So the “personal reasons” apparently were that Winslow is personally looking for more playing time. It’ll be interesting to see whether he gets that opportunity elsewhere. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2012/09/28/winslow-wanted-more-playing-time/

  19. my first thought was more fights in the stands and parking lots.....as there would be many more fans from the visiting teams in attendance ( would need to double security). my second thought was more attendance improves our chances of keeping the team in buffalo (best reason for it). my third thought is that although you can make an arguement it's better for buffalo, it would be next to impossible to make it better for every other team, the elimination of current rivalries, the perceived competitive disadvantage to be put with a team(s) that is currently strong, more travel for some, therefore i doubt this goes very far (thinking of the recent NHL realignment talks). although your suggestion only involves switching the bills and ravens.....if i'm a ravens fan, i dont like the (ne, nyj, mia) alignment. having said all that, i think total league wide realignment is a good idea, would benefit more teams than it would hurt and should be looked into. however, if after that plan, a team relocated, say jax to los angeles, it would mess things up again.
  20. quick....name our backup TE...... winslow would be a huge upgrade.
  21. just called the bills ticket office.....as stated above, there are "club seats" available....was told they start at $160.
  22. if he was on our team, you guys would be tripping over yourselves saying nice things about him.... he is a class act on and off the field.... having said that....hope he plays like chit this sunday.
  23. tommorrow's lead story: regular ref's suck.....bring back the replacements...
  24. hope he hits that scoreboard.... class act.... Bills player of the decade for the 2000's....
