  1. General Manager Doug Whaley said in an interview on WGR Tuesday morning that he has had a sit-down meeting with Spiller's representatives and let them know that the Bills would like to continue the relationship. "He's a playmaker, and we're trying to keep as many playmakers as possible" Whaley said, via the team. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2014/09/09/bills-open-contract-talks-with-c-j-spiller/
  2. Bills sale expected to be easily approved this week http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2014/10/05/bills-sale-expected-to-be-easily-approved-this-week/
  3. marrone avoided a mutiny
  4. well done ralph the Ralph C. Wilson Foundation endowment will dwarf that of the Buffalo-based John R. Oishei Foundation, which describes itself as the area’s largest private foundation, with more than $300 million in assets. how's that for giving back....
  5. as evidenced by his play last year, EJ's natural style is to extend plays with his feet all the way to the point where he was taking some unnecessary hits which resulted in injury. that's not playing soft. EJ was COACHED to play soft this year(take less hits by getting out of bounds). EJ regrets playing that way and has publicly stated the next time he gets a chance to start, he will let it loose. calling EJ soft because he was following orders is unfair criticism. EJ needs to read defenses faster and improve accuracy. thats why he lost his starting job.
  6. Ralph Wilson began his run as a pro football owner in Detroit, and his family's run in that role will end in Detroit, as well. http://www.buffalorumblings.com/ralph-c-wilson-jr/2014/10/3/6899743/ralph-wilson-mary-buffalo-bills-owners-detroit-lions

  9. EJ: "I want to be a different player... cut it loose." I took that as a shot to the coaches. like they were holding him back. drilling in his head no turnovers (maybe he held back on some throws) and don't take so many hits (so he runs out of bounds instead of upfield).
  10. at 2:36 he says "Omaha".....just sayin.
  11. cincy is favored by 1.0 - 1.5
  12. orton to williams
  13. a 50% increase each year (was $1B, now $1.5B) not exactly a sign the league is in trouble.
  14. the WR body language was just the tip of the mutiny iceberg forming against EJ. it runs deep and started early this year with the vote of captains.
  15. the ONLY thing EJ doesn't control is when his next chance will come. Orton may play himself into next years starter.... or Orton might get injured in his first game. long term: maybe Pegula cleans house and the GM who helped pick ya is no longer there. just continue to prepare and be ready.
  16. just love the body language. confident, i'm prepared, this ain't my first rodeo.
  17. I know this is crazy talk... but what happens if Orton plays well and we beat Detroit ?
  18. excessive celebration coming.
  19. if sam bradford was in next years draft....where would he go ? first round. probably top 10.
  20. hell yea. 11th ranked QB in 2013 playing on a bad team. proven and in his prime. take the sure thing.
  21. i say the hoodie benches the GM before he benches brady.
