    first I would clean house at one bills drive of all my asst GM's, scouts, capologists , quality control people, analytics and load up on all the talent available at two bills drive.

    first of all they are doing BOTH news & so called rumor/gossip "Coach X" bio gets alot less page hits and follow ups in the comment section. dysfunction/conspiracy/rumor articles generate more "theories", page hits (ad revenue) and comments (reader interest) which is one way that indicates to the news what readers want. sometimes you do get what you ask for.

    I believe this is EXACTLY what happened. in hindsight....keeping Schwartz as DC would have been much better. but would Hue Jackson as OC have been better ??...I question this because it's likely that TT never comes and we are stuck with EJ and a litany of veteran never-was types.

    the bills have previously stated a hundred times that whaley (responsible for the 53) and rex (responsible for who plays) each report directly to the Pegula's. i'm quite sure they will be just as clear for next season.

    stop clicking on jerry's link....he gets evaluated on page hits here's a summary of all jerry's columns: the bills have been bumbling idiots for a very long time, recent events make it look like that will continue.

    because the press feels entitled to know every nuance of the process...a timeline to the second of all involved........when did the first thought cross your mind that rex was going to be fired....whose counsel did you take and what did they advise......was everyone in full agreement.....when did you make a final decision....who knew ahead of time.
