Any brain trauma can cause dizziness later. Had a stroke in 2014. Since then, If I look up for a while, like looking up in the trees in a forest, I get dizzy. If i look straight ahead,I am immediately fine. Never happens when I drive. Neurologist said it was from the stroke and avoid looking up if I can

Walking to the car in the yard to go to work and hit a patch of ice. Landed on the back of my head and got a nice bump. Made it back in the house and laid down and slept for a few hours. Called work and told them I probably had a concussion. Next day besides the sore back of head , had a sore right temple (contra cos indication). Was ok fogginess wise, but if I shook my head "no" it would be sore for a few days.

The heat can affect you even in Buffalo. In August it was in the upper 80s and I had driven to BJ's with the window open. Walking from the car, I thought I was going to pass out. Had to get something at the far corner ot the store and had to get the motorized cart or I would have face planted. By the time i was done shopping, I was OK.

I told this in other years. I worked at a company in CA that had an office in NJ. Several people would fly back and forth regularly. One guy flew back the evening of 9/10. He would get tickets for several flights in case he finished early or late and wanted to fly back the day before or after he was scheduled and turn the unused ones back to the airline for credit. About noon on 9/11 he comes into the lunchroom where we were watching the news. He had a blue boarding pass for flight 93 (the one that crashed in PA). If he had not finished earlier on 9/10, he would have been on that flight!
