Bodine was hurt last night and Conor McDermott is experiencing concussion like symptoms. Bates in the short term is a healthy body for the OL. Scouting reports suggests that Bate is not NFL ready and at best is a practice squad possibility.

Someone has to play center in the 3rd and 4th quarters of preseason. Should be Bodine. Then cut him. ?

I believe Bills will go with 9 OL. Teller I believe will make it. Spain is on a 1 year deal. Bills probably hoping Teller can be LG in 2020.

Nothing is wrong with Carter. He'll probably be the punter. He is more consistent than Bojo regarding hang time and distance.

No concern on kicker or punter. Hausch is reliable and Carter punted twice with 2 fair catches. One was a 51 yarder and the other was caught inside the Colts 10. Hard to beat that performance.

This is it. Your QB is off limits period and that's why McD was pissed at Oliver. Not sure who Oliver beat but he probably got an earful too. Might have been more discreet. Sounds like Oliver was fired up today in general and raising chaos. He sounds like a guy who you hate to practice against but love on game day.

I agree. Oliver was the guy I wanted the Bills to take. Jordan Phillips was a 2nd rounder and is no slouch. Bringing Oliver along at a slower pace, compared to Edmunds last year, and letting him acclimate to the pro game is a prudent move. I'll focus on what Astro wrote about Oliver yesterday. A lot can change in 4 weeks and I expect Oliver to be the dominant player that they need on the DL.

The Bills seem pretty strong on Long so I believe this spells the end for Bodine. I may be wrong but I see the bills keeping 9 OL. Ford, Nyseke, Dawkins, Waddle, Morse, Long, Feliciano, Spain, and Teller. Cuts are C. McDermott, Ducasse, Boettger, and Bodine unless a team is desperate for a Center and trades for him. You never know.
