I don't think so. I'm sure they're saying this because the Bills added more than one QB in the off season (and because they need something to write). I just don't think that means they're panicking. I think it's good to give yourself options, just like at any other position.

I agree with that. The Bills may or may not be screwed at QB, but they are certainly NOT panicking (yet).

Robey is the slot guy, not Graham. I think McKelvin holds on to his starting spot and Graham takes over at safety. I haven't seen enough from Duke Williams to make me think he's a starter. One concern you have to have looking at the defense is that teams will try to run it down their throats. They don't have a true NT and now no Spikes in the middle. If their safeties are A Williams and Graham then I'd expect to see a lot of teams go at them between the tackles.

I'm not sure what else I need to hear, honestly. Outside of Boston, I think most people accept that they deflated the footballs to gain a competitive advantage- real or perceived. I'm ready to move on.

Exactly. It really is a complete waste of time but they've gotta say something. It's what they get paid for.

Because Brady is much more valuable to the league and league revenue that Hargrove. Also, they need to walk a fine line between appearing to be tough on cheaters but not making the deflating appear to be such a serious violation that it decided the outcome of games. They aren't vacating the win over Indy or the Super Bowl after all. I expect 4 games.

I'm not sure where the rest of TBD fall on this issue, but personally, I'd rather the Bills never with a championship that cheat to get one. Why is winning a Super Bowl so important to fans that they'd cheat to do it? The Bills don't hand out any money or rings or anything to the fans. It makes no practical difference in their lives.

I think my response was above your head. I think that your "nuanced" response is guilty of the same logical fallacy that you are accusing other people of. Perhaps you're too blind to see that.

It sounds to me like he wanted to build a team of players that the community and the nation can be proud of. I'm not sure how proud you can be of wife beaters, bullies and murderers. If you think you know something different the say what you think it means and back it up with some research. Otherwise, your argument is basically worthless.

If you eliminate all the items on this list then there would be no more public discourse on this board or in the world for that matter. People use these strategies in debating all the time, even though they are false.
