  1. I liked allen. Hit the quick hits. Donked the ball off to avoid the sack a few times. Stepped up in the pocket a few times sensing the rush. Most importantly, showed guts in the 2nd half. Didnt like. The sidearm throws that get batted. He opened himself up for too much contact on some runs, especially early
  2. I thought bell looked pretty sharp. The Bills' D is legit
  3. Love it. Winning is fun
  4. That was a brady move, donking the ball off like that
  5. I guess being a player and possessing the skills really helps too. Not only the race.
  6. I wouldnt be offended either... and I am not a big 'white guy victim' card carrier.... But I cant help but think at what the ramifications would have been if the shoe was on the other foot, and Maycock used an inadvisable term. His career and life would be effectively ruined/altered severely
  7. Croom is a waste
  8. Fantasy football talk vs people's golf games
  9. Id imagine that a guy like McDermott really struggles with this
  10. Its moving there, but not yet. It will need to be the next CBA, perhaps a part of the carrot that gets another regular season game(s) and/or another playoff game. The motivation to do it is almost there. I just do not see them coming up with a solution/alternative on the fly. The preseason schedule for 2020 will be released in a blink of an eye
  11. they have been doing this for years. They are praying. They are probably thankful for the ability to play. Maybe fearful their livelihood could end in an instant during the game. Who knows? Im not a religious guy, but good for them to take a moment in the chaos for some spiritualism. Whenever I go to a game, this is the most real and human moment I witness.
  12. I was thinking last night of how much I miss having a kickoff specialist and Brad Smith taking up 2 roster spots.
  13. $10 Million is small enough where I wouldnt feel bad at all saying no to anyone for not giving any away.
  14. I don't think being tough, difficult, or requiring fitness necessarily qualifies it as being a sport. Personally, I run distance races, I go cycling, go on hikes up and down mountains that make my muscles ache for a week. This weekend I went on a 28 mile kayak trip. All of those I would consider hobbies or activities. I wouldn't get insulted if somebody told me that. A high school athlete in track and field, who is going against others in a meet. I would call that a sport.
  15. very much overstating the drunk 'kid' element in this thread
  16. its all very relative Football - Sport Baseball - Sport Basketball - Sport Tennis - Sport Hockey - Sport Soccer - Sport Golf - Activity *PGA = sport Bowling - Activity NASCAR - Sport Ping Pong - Sport Darts - Activity Hunting/Fishing - Activity Boxing/MMA - Sport Running - Activity *competitive = sport Wrestling - Sport Kayaking - Activity Surfing - Activity *compititions = sport Biking - Activity *competitive = sport Hiking - Activity Skiing - Activity *competitive = sport I generally see sports a a competition versus others in something physical.' I consider things like golf, skiing, running, cycling, etc as recreation unless involved in competition (and not a local 5k fun run). I have no respect for bowling. sorry.
  17. Back to the dark ages colts
