I remember that distinctly, was 50-60 yard bomb, I had met Moulds a week prior in New Orleans for the final regular season game. Cool experience for a first game, Moulds motioned for me to come past security where he and other players were, the security guard let me through, and I got to meet him along with Ralph, Flutie, Bruce, Andre, Antowain Smith, and John Clayton from ESPN... RIP. That playoff game Moulds bounced back though, setting the playoff record for receiving yards at 240 yards.

I was in high school and listened to this game at work. Had it playing throughout the restaurant in Mississippi and none of the customers knew why, lol. Great work day! This was one of my favorite teams after the early & mid-90's roster. Still had some from those teams hanging around, but John Butler did a fantastic job rebuilding with what he could. I still believe if we had beaten the Dolphins in the playoffs that year we'd have gone to the Super Bowl again.

I like our chances. We're way more injury ridden this year compared to last year yet we're not losing against bad teams, and we play up for the bigger games. Our of our losses are to teams either in the hunt still, clinched their division, and cliched a playoff spot. Vikings are #2 seed and that was the game right after Josh hurt his elbow. I think that injury is more serious than being reported and he's adjusting and progressing every week to it. Given it's Dorsey's first year, there have been many times I've cursed play-calling up and down this season, not sure if they really are load managing or what, but given a lot of firsts for many things this year with the team, I'm content where we're at and have never considered Daboll a key factor to the team's success the previous four years. I think he's still a good coach though.

Any news on if the weather will hinder that in any way? Haven't seen much on it and wondering if roads will be clear and if the players will be able to get to and from the facility.

To me McD lacks good game management skills and that killer mindset. I think it shows up in close games often, it's like he never takes control of the situation, seems passive and let's the coordinators and players do whatever they want. The Vikings have played stellar in the 2nd half in all of their games, we came out in the 2nd half and didn't try to establish any continued rhythm. When it was 4th and 2 at the Minnesota 22 yard line and we kicked the field goal, when Ferguson got the flag, I think we should have gone for the 4th and 2 then. If we get the first down and then score, we're up 34-10. Instead we played conservative and didn't go for any 4th downs until Minnesota had read the room with Edmunds out on the next series and gashed us for 81 yards.

Nothing good comes from unsubstantiated rumors and conjuring. Show me where Wawrow has made mistakes like that before and I'll hear you out.

I think he has leverage to tweet it the way he did because of the fan sentiment right now. Wawrow has always been a good journalist and I trust his judgement. Who knows, someone high up in the front office could have even given him the green light to tweet it that way.

It does, if I was Pat I wouldn't pay the extra cash to use the logos because he's really just getting started on the FanDuel deal and the show has been a massive success, I would prioritize his business and continuing to invest in the growth and people who have helped build it with him, which he seems to be doing. Plus it would be fun to refer to them as the Professional American Football League as poking fun at them.

All this is is the NFL saying "Hey you make a lot of money talking about our product and we want more $ from you." Sucks and I do think Pat has helped younger audiences be more NFL fans, I think he has the best show that covers the NFL today. But NFL owners only care about one thing and it's why they're all billionaires... cash.

That's what my roommate reminded me of last night, but you can't expect Beane to be perfect 100% of the time. That being said, he's drafted well IMO. But this is a deal that could probably happen pretty cheap, he's not even starting for the Bears and they seem to really like Montgomery. I'd be fine with a 5th rounder for him, maybe a 4th. Will be interesting to see if Beane does anything, the deadline is a week from today.

I wouldn't mind Khalil Herbert. He's productive, he offers a change of pace with a bigger frame and more of a bulldozer, which is what we lack the most in the run game. And he's cheap. We could probably get him for a 4th or 5th rounder.
