Finally a slot guy! Safe to say WR is out at #9. -
Anonymous Agents Rank Buffalo The Worst FA Destination

I get it, I do. But really, how is Cincy not the worst? Terrible team, notoriously cheap owner, a pretty crappy city. -
Bills one of 6 teams in on Leveon Bell

I'm sure there would be a follow up move with Shady or Ivory at the very least. Really, did they make the playoffs last year and I missed it? Conner started out good, but faded big time. Zero 100+ yard games rushing after week 8. -

How anyone could be against getting one of the best RBs in the league with the best receiving skills is beyond me. We have the money. We have the need for real play makers. He is not a malcontent, he just wanted to protect his worth. Nothing wrong with that. I would be stoked to get him. Especially if we can get 1 or 2 more starting lineman through FA/draft.- 701 replies

NY Attorney General opens probe into Trump's Bills bid

Corporations and, in turn, political parties running the country for the gain of small minority. Anyone thinking this is democracy has simply fallen victim to the political machine's propaganda. It's an oligarchy, no doubt about it. Get the money out of politics and we may just have a chance yet. I've posted this before, but it deserves to be posted over and over and over again. An excerpt from George Washington's farewell address warning against political parties and their true nature. Reads pretty accurate to me: "All obstructions to the execution of the laws, all combinations and associations, under whatever plausible character, with the real design to direct, control, counteract, or awe the regular deliberation and action of the constituted authorities, are destructive of this fundamental principle, and of fatal tendency. They serve to organize faction, to give it an artificial and extraordinary force; to put, in the place of the delegated will of the nation the will of a party, often a small but artful and enterprising minority of the community; and, according to the alternate triumphs of different parties, to make the public administration the mirror of the ill-concerted and incongruous projects of faction, rather than the organ of consistent and wholesome plans digested by common counsels and modified by mutual interests. However combinations or associations of the above description may now and then answer popular ends, they are likely, in the course of time and things, to become potent engines, by which cunning, ambitious, and unprincipled men will be enabled to subvert the power of the people and to usurp for themselves the reins of government, destroying afterwards the very engines which have lifted them to unjust dominion." -

Just curious, when has there ever been a President who was elected to their first term that had previous experience being the President? Hum....? -
Same.

Seriously though....how the F can anyone tell their hair stylist to cut their hair that way and be serious about it? Doesn't he have any close friends or family to ask him what the hell he is thinking? -
CB Kevin Johnson (Texans) to the Bills
Mark80 replied to N.Y. Orangeman's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Worried about the concussions a bit, but I'm sure that was taken into account during he negotiations. As long as the contract isn't crazy, this is great. As a bonus, having went to Wake for grad school I always root for their players. -
Hozier show last night at Shea's was tremendous. Fantastic voice. They finished with this one, my personal favorite of his.
-
Well, they are tanking, right? Seems like a good fit then.

Come on man, at least use the correct first round pick for the Bills with this idea. Also, I don't think anyone is trading up for Lock. Watch some of his game film. Sure, a lot of talent on the face, but when you watch him, he just is so underwhelming. I can't imagine anyone trading up for him.

Screw Rotoworld's Buffalo Bashing
Mark80 replied to Inigo Montoya's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Definitely did live there and not in the 70s before I was born. Traveled daily all around the area for work. It's a complete S*hole and I stand by it. Now, as I said in my original post, that is OUTSIDE the downtown area which is, admittedly, very nice. The stadium area is nice too, but go 1/2 mile away from it and its terrible. Same with South Shore. The outer edges of the city and the surrounding suburbs are worn down, abandoned, dirty, and rusty. I had to find a place 30 miles outside the city to live that was decent (Cranberry Twp area) and if you want to live any where nice downtown, be prepared to pay a small fortune. And Primanti Bros is disgusting too. -
They are not mutually exclusive. You can get a big name WR AND OLine.

I've lived in Pittsburgh. Outside of the downtown area it is a complete S'hole. Abandoned industry everywhere, crappy little rust belt towns surrounding it. It's like the Black Rock area of Buffalo, but it is the entire area, not just a little section. Of all the places I've lived or spent considerable of time in, it was by far the worst. Plus, with all the valleys and bridges it takes forever to get anywhere and traffic gets backed up everywhere too. F Pittsburgh. -
My favorite scene in the movie. Any time I watch it, I watch that scene at least twice in a row. This is not true at all. It varies by state, but in a lot of states employers can do anything they want as long as they are not discriminating against a protected class. Just looked it up and it looks like 29 states + DC prohibit employers from doing it, but the other 21 do not.

R. Kelly - Academy Award, or Total Bull?
Mark80 replied to The Senator's topic in Off the Wall Archives
I don't know. When someone goes to the media or some network to potentially capitalize on the situation rather than going to the police, it always makes me a bit suspect of their motives and, in turn, their stories. He is no doubt, an easy target. Fame, money, and a past. No one doubts their stories because of this. Maybe, just maybe, he is telling the truth. -
Isn't it Buffalo buffalo Buffalo buffalo buffalo buffalo Buffalo buffalo? Or with commas to help with pace...Buffalo buffalo, Buffalo buffalo buffalo, buffalo Buffalo buffalo.

Very true, but I have seen every other season at least 3 times and have read all the books except the first. Don't think I'm gonna pick up much more from them again!
