  1. The afterglow: 1. Can you believe a team got a safety, won the turnover battle to 4-1, held a QB to a 17 QBR and lost by 14 points? 2. QB1 had a weird game. Awesome on 3rd down, not awesome on other throws. 3. How about Bass doinking one in? 4. I hate the roughing the passer call and the unevenness of its call on the field. 5. Glad Diggs is okay. Hope Bates is.. Don't want to be thin at the OLine when the playoffs are two weeks out. 6. Gabe Davis makes unbelievable catches on the sideline. 7. I almost think JA17's tough day was a blessing in disguise as it forced Daboll to adjust the game plan. And then Motor motored. 8. Oliver is developing nicely. If he could only avoid that late QB hit which he seems to make in big moments once per game. 9. 2 razzle dazzle plays in this game fizzled (Diggs pass and pass to Dawkins) 10. Knox was nearly invisible in this game. 11. Glad to see Moss gets some good runs in too. 12. The Matt Ryan taunting call was beyond stupid and lost them any chance of coming back in the game. Inexcusable for someone of his stature. 13. Pitts is the real deal.
  2. Two of the biggest developments today was KC losing #1 seed and Burrows getting hurt late in that game. Not sure how serious yet, but he was limping
  3. That isn’t a man, that’s a mountain.
  4. Why it’s a modern medical miracle. After two years of Covid an unvaxed player healed in just five days.
  5. I also think you covet that #3 spot vice number 4 to delay playing the Chiefs as long as possible.
  6. I feel like this is the game Diggs goes off.
  7. I want to believe that giving Davis and Beasley a forced bye week will help in the final six games. Both got a chance to heal up a bit.
  8. He didn't do that last year heading into the playoffs. I doubt he is the type to chance anything.
  9. And just like that, a good chunk of the NFL covid list was cleared. Why it's a Christmas miracle.
  10. According to Urban Dictionary Slime Yo dawg, your ride or die someone who’s willing to do whatever for you. They wanna see you succeed as much as you do them.
  11. Franks is their QB2. Hurst is TE2. Copeland and Vaughters are OLBs. They might be thin at OLB.
  12. So in the scheme of JA17 era games, my top five games in order of delirium: 1. Patriots in the Foxhole last Sunday. 2. Colts last year's playoffs with the TJ pick six 3. KC on SNF in the rain this year. 4. Dallas on Turkey day. 5. Patriots last year in the Foxhole on MNF
  13. If you watch Judon he’s literally hoping mad about it too. Look at his immediate reaction and calling for a flag. Those are tough calls at goal line. Yep. Their body language immediately said I thought this and you thought that.
  14. Nah. Roughing the passer has though.
  15. Dolphins making the Patriots and Ravens nervous..
  16. JC definitely had a clear INT and very potentially a pick 6. I think Jones will be fine. I’m pretty sure a lot of folks were out in front of their skis on NE. Kudos to you guys for putting a scare into Buffalo. Anyone telling you differently is just blowing smoke. Bryant on McKenzie was the difference in that game. Pretty surprised NE didn’t have much of a pass rush. But when looking at Allen’s pass distribution today it’s pretty clear he was just taking the 8 yarders all day. So getting rid of it fast made Buffalo Oline look better than it probably actually played. NE clearly needs some WRs. You guys clearly missed Agholor yesterday. Beware the Jaguar. They bite when you least expect it.
  17. The afterglow: 1. I usually post these soon after the game, but I was simply too delirious to do it yesterday. I just wanted to enjoy it. Let it simmer. 2. Buffalo looked like dynasty NE yesterday and NE looked like Buffalo during that dynasty yesterday. 3. I read the entire Patsfan board thread. I think they gave Allen a lot of props and respect. There is an undercurrent there about the Pro-Mac Jones fans and their perception that the Legacy-Pro Brady fans diss his ability/play. 4. How did BB not adjust to McKenzie-Bryant? How? 5. As great as it feels, that game was a real nail biter. It always felt like Buffalo was one mistake away from NE getting back in it. 6. Minority opinion but I think two point conversions early in the game are stupid. 7. Those two shuttle passes and the Allen 4th down run were tri-plays of the game. 8. Concerned that Diggs suffered multiple injuries yesterday. Looked like ribs and shoulder. 9. The Diggs TD route, pass and catch were exquisite. 10. Let’s give some props to the Bills lines yesterday. The patchwork Oline gave Allen time and the Dline harassed Jones all day. 11. Another personal opinion. I think sacks are quickly becoming a stat of the old NFL. If you hit a QB now, it’s 75-25% that it will be a penalty. I kept saying don’t hit Mac. Don’t hit Mac. The 15 yards penalties are game changers.
  18. This win was medically necessary to immunize against BBFS.
  19. So Diggs looked like he had both shoulder and ribs injuries today. Anyone know if he did?
  20. There’s no wiping the smile off my face this week!!!!
  21. Of course he did.
  22. That was an entertaining football game. Cleveland deserved better. But I'm glad they lost. Bills still in the 7th seed.
  23. What he is doing with a third string line up is pretty damn impressive. The Ravens had played an insanely crazy set of games this year.
  24. I certainly respect the calls. But hell yeah he should feel the heat. Everyone in the ENTIRE NFL knows you are throwing the ball to Andrews. Huntley was pretty effective with his legs. Anything would have been better than what they tried, TWICE.
